I experienced flooding of my crawl space and was referred to Premier Restoration. I first spoke to Maddy who was very empathetic about my situation. She collected all of my information and had me send her pictures so they knew what to expect a little better before coming out. Steven, Dylan, and Dejuan came out and were very helpful in explaining to me the steps they were going to do to start the water removal. Dylan and Dejuan were very professional and wonderful to interact with--they even helped me cut the lock on my crawl space door because the water had eroded it! I spoke with Mike about the next step which is setting up fans. He was very understanding and great in his explanation of that process. So far, I feel very comfortable and pleased about doing business with them. Once the job is done, I will be happily updating this review because I'm sure the end result will be as great as what I've experienced so far. Update: I don't even know where to begin. This has been the worst thing to happen to me as a homeowner and Premier has been amazing. They have literally gone over and beyond what I could have ever expected. They do great work, but more than that, the level of customer service and understanding I have received is 10 stars out of 5. Mike showed great concern with the weather changes and Dylan kept in touch with me about everything going on with my house. I would definitely recommend them and will use them for any future needs. We had a connection to our dishwasher leak onto hardwood floors. The leak had dripped for several hours before it was discovered. Premier came in and installed drying equipment immediately. They prevented much of the damage even though they did have to replace several boards and the cabinet base. They had to refinish the flooring in the entire great room. They kept us abreast step by step of what they were doing and when the process was scheduled. My hot water heater burst one weekend while I was gone and it flooded the entire bottom of my condo. Everything downstairs was flooded and water was running out the front door. The floor, baseboards, and bottom of wall sheetrock was soaking. Premier Construction came immediately in and got everything cleaned-up and fried out. Then they set about fixing everything, and I mean everything that was damaged. They were a pleasure to work with and their workers were very pleasant and fast. Can't say enough good about them. Most professional restoration service I've ever dealt with. Their attention to the smallest detail was refreshing. I didn't have to follow up on any of the items we discussed in our initial meeting...they did all the follow up for me. Communication is their strong suit.
