The employees at this store seem to have contests as to who can be the rudest. The grocery store section is super tiny with not a lot to choose from. Now on to grocery store pickup. i thought this was the answer because I wouldn't have to go into the store. Twice I got a text saying my grocery order was ready for pickup. Both times I waited between 45 minutes to an hour only for them to come out and say that their machines weren't working so my entire order was cancelled. No apologies, no compensation. i then thought that I would just pay for grocery delivery to my home. Kills two birds with one stone. Wrong, They will give a time to be here within a 1 hour window. Numerous times it has changed to "Sorry your order will be arriving late. Check back for updates". No time is ever given and no customer service reps can tell you what the issue is. i have also looked at the tracking and they will literally be 1-2 minutes away and I will get a message saying that "due to unforeseen circumstances your order has been returned to the store". No other information is given. They also have delivered my grocery order several times to the wrong address. Do yourself a favor and drive past this one!

We attempted self checkout to find the cashier didn't have the codes to fix the registers. Then, we spent about 10 minutes waiting for someone to help the woman in front of us as she attempted to use a card. This was all at 9pm. I really didn't want to believe this Walmart was as terrible as the reviews led me to believe, but this is proper terrible. Service is decent but this place seems a bit negligent in terms of people leaving things better than they found it...carts are strewn across the lots, various spills decorate the floors, and there are simply not enough workers to keep up with demand. Honestly, I felt horrible for the people who work here. I would suggest a different grocery store, by all means.

There are nice strollers, clothes, electronics, appliances, rugs, etc.... I think the pricing is pretty fantastic. Like any kind of bargain establishment, you have to be willing to dig a little and you have to stick with it if there is a particular item you are shopping for. For years my whole family has shopped here for the seasonal sales, but now will never shop at a Dillard's again. We bought a pair of kids Sketchers shoes, ones which light up when the kid walks. Well, our kid wore the shoes for NO MORE THAN 2 HOURS before the lights stopped working. So we tried to return the shoes to Dillard's the very next day. The staff refused to take the shoes back because they had been worn. We explained the issue was not wear, but rather defective lights (obviously). We even asked for the manager, but the manager also refused to take back the defective shoes. The manager should be fired immediately. Choosing to bicker over $40 shoes, and losing an entire family of shoppers FOR LIFE. How extraordinarily stupid. We will take our business elsewhere. All for the best - Nowhere else have I ever experienced such rude staff, and such a filthy store.
