I have tried to contact these people to make an appointment, but no one calls me back after a week. I have even had my dog groomed there before. I don't understand how you can run a business that way. At least they can leave me a message to go somewhere else. I didn't make an appointment and did a no-show. read more

We were so excited to finally find a mobile groomer with availability (our long time dog groomer just retired and we were heartbroken). Sadly, I think Mandy and team have availability because they are incredibly difficult to work with. We had 2 dogs. The man that schedules Mandy's appointments encouraged us to book in advance for the rest of the year (every 6 weeks) to make sure we "got a spot on their calendars," which we were happy to do and did. One of our dogs passed away between appointments. He was 14 years old and part of our family. We were devastated. When it came time for our next grooming appointment, Mandy showed up and said we would have to pay for both dogs because we would not have to pay for both dogs (even though one had died) because we had not given her enough notice. We did. Fast forward, (my stupidity for continuing to use them after this), we got a puppy. We described to Mandy that we were looking for just a little trim and not a "poofy" look. She looked at me like I was crazy for that request. Rolled her eyes. Was incredibly rude and defensive. She said "well he will take a lot longer than the other one" and went back to her van very annoyed. She didn't do what we asked. I like to think I'm a very easy person to work with and our dogs mean the world to us. I can't believe how rude and unprofessional this company is. So disappointing. read more

Mandy is amazing!! I have a white boxer mix named Sugar, and she tends to get pretty dirty when she goes outside into our backyard. But she always looks so clean and pretty after each grooming. The best part is how she prances around with so much excitement afterwards. Mandy is so good with Sugar and having that trust with her gives me the peace of mind that I need that Sugar is always in good hands. We schedule bi-weekly grooming appointments with Mandy, and it's so convenient having a mobile groomer who comes to our house. She is always here right on schedule and she is very flexible and accommodating with my busy work schedule. This past week I had the pleasure of using this amazing grooming service for the first time. I was beyond nervous, not for my dog but the new groomer. In a nutshell my Shih Tsu was physically abused by my last groomer so I was afraid he may snap. Mandy was so sweet and gentle and my dog went right to her. Her grooming technique was spot on. Found this dog groomer on an internet search as they were close to where we live in Gilbert, AZ. We set an initial appt with them to check them out. It was a new company with Jeremy and Mandy being the owners. They called and asked if they could be later than scheduled timeframe on their initial appt. and we agreed (1st red flag). They groomed our dog and did a pretty good job. So, we asked if we could set appointments out for the next 6 months. We advised them that we liked to stay with someone good and set appts so the calendar is set (in stone) at least 6 months out. We talked on phone and set all appts. for 6 months. Jeremy called right away and asked to move our 1st appt. We agreed. On 11/26/21 Jeremy called again and asked to move the 1st appt again on 12/6/21. I asked him why and he said they have "gaps" to fill during the day and they filled in those gaps with more dogs and needed to move ours to a later time. I reminded him we want to keep these appts set in stone because we are busy also and set other appts around our current set schedule. I could tell Jeremy did not really want to work with this type of scheduling as he debated me on the pros and cons of what "set in stone appts" does to their business. Finally, Jeremy got to the gist of this relationship and told me, "frankly, you tipped Mandy my wife $5.00 on the initial appt and we have other bigger tippers, so I will give those customers the best schedule and will have to fit you in." Are you kidding me?! What gall! I told Jeremy how absurd that policy is but hoped he flourished with these kinds of "business concepts." Stay away if you like to set appts and keep them on time as scheduled AND if you don't want to be prioritized as a customer based on the amount of your tip. read more
