I checked in on my dogs via my video camera and caught her treating my little Shih Tzu like she was a piece of garbage. So I frantically text my sis Joan and asked if she could help me locate a replacement ASAP. Renee was the replacement she found for me. What a great find. I love her. She treated my babies like they were her own. She talked sweet to them and spent a lot of quality time with them. I will always call her for my future pet sitting needs and couldn't recommend her any higher. She is absolutely wonderful with the fur babies.

Please be careful if you board a pet here, very disheartening knowing the owner does not give a darn, he never followed up to check on our boys after we took them for care in Mesa. My husband called to let him know we took the dogs to Mesa for care, the owner hung the phone up on my husband!! We rushed back from our weekend to get our boys the hell out of that place...

I would give it a zero out of 10. Dr card was the vet that called me back. It was supposed to be a "discussion" about that, but instead it turned into her being the only one talking for quite a while. I finally started interrupting because she wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise. She then proceeded to tell me that if I thought this was the way the conversation was gonna go I was mistaken, I then told her likewise! I don't know if she has some sort of better than everyone else complex, but she then proceeded to get very defensive and told me that we could start taking our dogs to another vet and the. Hung up on me. Not professional in the least, if you can't take a little pushback from the pets owners that you service. You probably should find a different profession. Caring and compassionate care applies to the owners of the pets that you serve as well. Since then my order through the pharmacy was returned to them, saying my address was invalid however, it isn't, they have delivered to that address before! If they refuse to send it, I'm going to demand that they refund the wellness exam and heartworm test that were required in order for them to fill both prescription. Yes they're great as long as you don't give them any pushback in which case they are terrible and they won't deal with you at all. I will never ever go back there. Just keep that in mind because if you have a pet emergency and you push back at all regarding what their opinion is, they'll likely blacklist you at least Dr Card will.

I searched for a place to leave our dog for the day, and I came across Bed Bath and Biscuits Pet Resort online. It had such great reviews that I decided to give it a try. As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took care of my baby and I would take him there again in the future.

I was lucky enough to be able to get pick of the litter and selected a beautiful girl which I named Sasha. Carrie Bass and her husband have been the best breeders I have ever used and were so kind to offer pictures right after her birth and on Easter and again on Mother's Day. I also paid a personal visit at their home and got to meet the beautiful mother of Sasha and also hold Sasha in my lap where she promptly fell asleep. They offered excellent coaching on everything from potty training, to feeding schedule and recommended pet insurance along with recommended perfect health by NuVet Plus. What was most amazing although the doodles were only 5 weeks old, she had already taught them to sit!! I was also given as a gift a a snuggle puppy for my sweet Sasha. She sends me many video and picture updates while we are away, which brings me so much comfort and joy! My dog was having a slew of health issues this summer and Moran totally stayed on top of Paikea's many medications! Moran is also an incredible dog trainer. She is knowledgeable and insightful when it comes to dog behavior and training. She knows how to safely and appropriately deal with a slew of behavior issues. My foster dog was boarded at Moran's along with my own dog this summer. He went from an insecure, scared dog around other dogs, to a full blown social butterfly when I came to pick them up! He now spends HOURS at the dog park with his new owners! I always know that Paikea is in the best hands with Moran! Moran is compassionate and it's obvious she LOVES what she does!
