This is possibly the best entertainment for your money. We got more fun than just a movie or a video game! We were on vacation for my wife's birthday, and stumbled across Digital Worlds VR (followed the signs anyway). The people that run this place are great, quick to help, guide, and let you have fun! An hour wasn't enough! The next day we were sitting in a local theaters parking lot and decided to forget the movie and just go back to DWVR!! Go, take your friends, your family, strangers...whomever!! You won't regret it.

We were spending a night in Nashville and decided to give it a try. What a great time playing for 90 minutes. Not a bad deal to try out VR.

Kings Bowl AKA Kings Dining and Entertainment is a hub for activity sitting alongside Cool Springs…read moreGalleria. I have been here over the years for a variety of reasons from a holiday party to team activity to bowling and even grabbing a drink and bite during an evening at the mall. For the holiday party, they were excellent hosts. We reserved the private room, which is outfitted with a bar and stage, making announcements and white elephant gift exchange even more fun! The food was set up on time and delivered as expected, all left fat and happy! For bowling, they have several lanes that sit right in front of the bar. The lanes are good sized, feature seating and bowling balls are plentiful. The bar is full service and full-option, so I normally go for a cocktail of some sort, usually my trust gin & tonic. It is hard to mess that one up, but honestly that depends on the bartender. On the same evening, at the same bar, with different bartenders, I got two very different g&t's. Food wise is kind of what you expect at a spot like this. Slightly elevated offerings of pizza and standard bar food. Food has never been an issue, always comes out as ordered, on time, but it is fairly standard. Pricing is a bit high here compared to other spots of this nature I have visited. From the cost of the party to individual bowling, drinks and food. Overall, Kings is a good spot for a variety of activities and celebrations, whether it be a date night or a company party.

The other two lanes was a party of like 20. It was a bit crowded, but they were nice. The best thing about the food was the portion size. Actually, the waffle fries were quite good too. The bowling experience was pretty good. It felt a bit rushed, but it was my first with a timer. I'm used to it being two games worth (like a two hour max), but we got 1.5 hours and couldn't finish the second game. The music was pretty good! Lots of throwbacks, but my goodness it was loud. Ambience was kind of busy and colorful: lots of flashing lights and projector screens hanging above the lanes. Another thing I was missing was a ping pong table! I love ping pong so that was a bit disappointing. I guess I think of bowling as more of a chill environment where you can have conversations. This just felt like a bar/restaurant with bowling as the main entertainment. Overall, it was a pretty fun experience. I would recommend this to a small party of very casual players. I think it would be too busy for someone wanting to improve their game.

I saw there was a location in Cool Springs a few months ago and surprised them finally and they loved it. We can really only do the 30 minute session for starters (maybe the 1 hour session next time) because it can be tiring but it was so much fun! There is so much to-do AND they have more than just video games, but escape games, etc. You can play with your group (some games allow 5 -6 players) or play alone and switch between games and the staff is there to help you troubleshoot if you get stuck. This location is on the 2nd floor of the TOA community center and that was a bit odd at first but once you walk into the Rabbit Hole VR suite it is awesome. I recommend bringing your kids (8+) for a nice cool break from extreme outside elements. Some games may not be good for older folks that may get motion sickness - but there are slow games and activities for them too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chuck E Cheese gave us everything, AND it was an amazing value for the price! The place is very safe for kids as no children are allowed to leave without an accompanying adult. When you enter, the place is clean and warm and so inviting for children. We were greeted immediately by our hostess and she took charge and made sure we were set up and had everything we needed. Kids started arriving shortly after, and were able to play as much as they wanted for the entire party. Pizza came out piping hot 30 minutes into the party, and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered two veggie pizzas and a veggie tray for the adults. While we did not provide drinks for the adults, adults could also buy alcoholic beverages to enjoy on their own. For our package ($28.99 per child), each child got two slices of pizza, a take home cup with unlimited drinks, Dippin Dots ice cream, and unlimited play for the entirety of the party (and redeem the points for prizes). My son also got a birthday show with the mouse, got to go into a Ticket Blaster (which he turned in for yet another huge prize), and a play badge watch he can reuse. All we had to do was bring a cake and goody bags. I even forgot candles and matches, but the hostess had everything! Pro tip: Download the Chuck E. Cheese app and make sure you scan it when you go there, because you can earn points really fast for free food, games, and prizes. There are so many options for children's birthday parties, but don't forget about Chuck E. Cheese! This place is great for the kids, nostalgic for us adults, and deserves your business.

There's something fun happening every day of the week with a variety of specials (and happy hour). The food is good and the beer is always flowing! But ultimately what keeps me coming back is the people. The service here is top tier. No other bar has made me feel as safe or as welcome as the servers here. This place is a rare gem specifically because of them. Tony's wants to you "meet your friends here," and that's exactly what I've done. From the moment I sank into those ultra-comfortable, spacious reclining chairs, I knew this was going to be something special. The seats are ridiculously plush--plenty of room to stretch out, perfect recline, and enough space that even my tall frame didn't feel cramped. It felt more like lounging in my living room than sitting in a theater, but with a massive screen and incredible sound. As for the movie itself, "A Great Awakening" is an absolute masterpiece. It's powerful, thought-provoking, and emotionally gripping from start to finish. The storytelling is masterful, the performances are outstanding, and the cinematography is breathtaking. I was completely immersed the entire time. It left me inspired, moved, and genuinely uplifted--exactly what a great film should do. The theater in Franklin gets everything right: clean facilities, friendly staff, and those heavenly recliners that make the whole experience feel luxurious. I can't recommend this combination enough. If you're anywhere near Franklin, do yourself a favor and see "A Great Awakening" here. You won't just watch a great movie--you'll enjoy it in total comfort.

While this theater isn't perfect, it definitely feels like a step above others in Middle TN. There is plenty of free parking on-site. We purchased our tickets online in advance, and heeded the warning about the movie starting 20 minutes or so after the initial time listed. The staff working concessions was quick and friendly - and they seemed appropriately staffed for a busy night at the movies. Popcorn prices are pretty standard to other theaters, and they do have several other food options if you're interested in more of a meal. Our movie was showing in the Dolby Theater (6), and I feel like this made our experience even better. The seats vibrate and are synced with the action and music throughout the movie, making it a truly immersive event. The recliners are comfortable, if a bit dated. Honestly though, there are still theaters in Nashville that don't have any recliners at all, so an older recliner is still a win in my book. Thankfully, the bathrooms were pretty clean as well.
