This place is a hidden gem for a child's birthday party. I wanted to have my son's 7th birthday someplace that was indoors (having had an outdoor party that almost got rained out), included food (having previously made food and dealt with catering headaches in the past), had games and entertainment for the kids, and where the adults could also enjoy, and I didn't have to worry about dealing with plates cups and utensils (which adds up even if you buy from Costco) and clean-up. Chuck E Cheese gave us everything, AND it was an amazing value for the price! The place is very safe for kids as no children are allowed to leave without an accompanying adult. When you enter, the place is clean and warm and so inviting for children. We were greeted immediately by our hostess and she took charge and made sure we were set up and had everything we needed. Kids started arriving shortly after, and were able to play as much as they wanted for the entire party. Pizza came out piping hot 30 minutes into the party, and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered two veggie pizzas and a veggie tray for the adults. While we did not provide drinks for the adults, adults could also buy alcoholic beverages to enjoy on their own. For our package ($28.99 per child), each child got two slices of pizza, a take home cup with unlimited drinks, Dippin Dots ice cream, and unlimited play for the entirety of the party (and redeem the points for prizes). My son also got a birthday show with the mouse, got to go into a Ticket Blaster (which he turned in for yet another huge prize), and a play badge watch he can reuse. All we had to do was bring a cake and goody bags. I even forgot candles and matches, but the hostess had everything! Pro tip: Download the Chuck E. Cheese app and make sure you scan it when you go there, because you can earn points really fast for free food, games, and prizes. To start off had discount barcode for pizza, 4 drinks and 2 of the activity Zones for 64.99. the cashier tried to tell us the $15 dollars per activity zone was not included. Pulled it back up and she And the manager read it. Still ended up pay more thN was supposed to pay but I was exhausted. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. My Take Five with Chuck E. photo? Never got it. They flat-out scammed me. I ended up with a pathetic 100 tickets because half the games are just rigged gambling for tickets, and the rest need real skill -- which not everyone has. I'm not some arcade master. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. The only thing I walked out with was a silly frog finger thing, which is honestly ridiculous for all the effort I put in. This is for the benefit of management; I understand how difficult it is to find dependable staff today, but you can't just hire bottom or barrel people and stick them in front of house positions. I tried to take my grandkids here today and was 'greeted' by two miserable ogres (possibly brother and sister?) who couldn't manage a smile or a single pleasantry of any kind. The exchange only went downhill from there. I'm trying to find some positivity here, so I will say that it wasn't very crowded. So that was a nice surprise. Twice during our visit, I needed to step outside to grab something from the car with a child in my arms, and both times the staff immediately stepped in to verify my identity and my relationship to the child. In such a big, exciting place where kids are constantly on the move, it can be hard to keep eyes on them at all times-- the staff's attention to detail and commitment to safety makes all the difference. Our experience here today was great. I like the new unlimited play for an amount of time. Our pizza was good. The manager (Rick, I believe) walked around to ensure everyone was happy. The choices for prizes from tickets is a little slim unless you have lots of tickets, but they enjoyed playing even without tickets. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. I brought my son, niece and nephew for dinner and a night of games. We found a coupon on the website for 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks and 95 tokens. This was the perfect amount of food and fun for our group. Food: The pizza came out REALLY fast and was delicious. There were many non-soda drink choices as well (great for the kids). When I was a kid, I don't remember all the Chuck E Cheese's being the same but it appears that most have defaulted to similar layouts. My daughter always has a great time, and that's the most important thing. We came to this location for a friends birthday party and they did a pretty good job. It was organized and entertaining. My all time favorite feature has to be the child-security system. I love that there is a door attendant at all times and everyone gets checked before entering/leaving. My boys love this place. Actually, my husband and I usually have a good time too. The pizza is not bad at all, for a kids place, and it's surprisingly clean. I can only think of a handful of times that we've been here where a game hasn't worked. The staff is always very responsive if tickets get jammed or something doesn't work. They're also very patient when our kids pick out their prizes. It can get very loud, but you kind of expect that in a place like this. Best time to go, believe it or not, is on a Friday night. I'm docking one star because they took out the jungle gym, although that might be due to cleanliness. No ball pit or anything. I said a long time ago that I would never step foot in a Chuck E Cheese again...well, here I am. My son just turned 2 so we decided to have a small party at our house and let him run around here for a little while. The trick is to come during school hours so there's not a crowd! We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves besides maybe 2 other kids. The tables were clean and everything was kept up with. This location does seem a bit smaller than the previous ones that we've been to. There was no ball pit but not a big deal. Every half hour or so Chuck E Cheese comes out to dance with the kids and give away free tickets. We bought the $50 package which includes a large one topping pizza, 100 tokens, one salad bar, cheese bread and 4 drinks. We are a family of 5 and had leftover pizza and tokens. I don't expect to spend as much next time because we only ordered the food to celebrate a birthday. Overall not a bad experience. My kids had a blast and that's all that matters. :) read more

Stopped here for my son to play the games on the way into town. Got $20 worth of tokens and used them up over a two day period. When we went to redeem the coupons I was shocked at quality of the prizes. We had 322 tickets and you won't find anything worth having for that many tickets. My kid was really disappointed. Pure junk for the prizes. Some of the other prizes might have been acceptable, but to redeem them you'll need thousands of tickets. When we were there on a Sunday morning their was ONE person working the prize counter and the pizza counter.
