Chuck E Cheese is affordable and fun for both kids and adults! This is a great Sunday Funday activity for the family. First time at this location. They have games and activities for all ages. My nephew enjoyed the bounce house while my twin brother and I enjoyed the classic arcade games and skeeball! I like how they stamp the kids and adults when entering. Will return in the future! read more

Chuck E. Cheese - Family - Pizza Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

My family went to Chuck E Cheese in Franklin. To start off had discount barcode for pizza, 4 drinks and 2 of the activity Zones for 64.99. the cashier tried to tell us the $15 dollars per activity zone was not included. Pulled it back up and she And the manager read it. Still ended up pay more thN was supposed to pay but I was exhausted. Then after paying $15 dollars for the 3 kids to jump and slide had to keep going to counter because they lock the trampolines and slides. The employees were so rude. read more

Where a kid can.... Catch a disease! Smells like stinky feet. Games are subpar. Our kids ages 4 and 2 did not enjoy their time really! My 2 year old thought the light up floor was the best part. We bought the 45 minute pass and ended up only staying 20! Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I love this place during the weekdays, there are very few people! I'm a preschool teacher and even though I work with kids all day, sometimes I just want to be a kid! I walked right in and ordered. My food was ready to be picked up at the window quickly. Their pizza is always good as well as their Cheesy Bread. They now offer my favorite DOLE Strawberry Lemonade at their drink fountain (I'm forever sold!) read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. My Take Five with Chuck E. photo? Never got it. They flat-out scammed me. I ended up with a pathetic 100 tickets because half the games are just rigged gambling for tickets, and the rest need real skill -- which not everyone has. I'm not some arcade master. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. The only thing I walked out with was a silly frog finger thing, which is honestly ridiculous for all the effort I put in. To summarize: Do NOT do Take Five with Chuck E., and be prepared to deal with a bunch of games designed to make it nearly impossible to win anything. It's a complete rip-off. Chuck E. Cheese - After the incident - Pizza Near Me - Franklin, Tennessee

It was dirty in two days later I found out that my kid had the stomach flu. The pizza had something like green on it. My kid got yelled at at a lot, not affordable for one kid you can buy a whole dinner for two read more

The team here in Coolsprings is inviting and always ready to make your day brighter. This location has become a community partner and ready to be a leader in inclusion. Check this place out, it's clean yummy and so much fun!!!!! read more

This place is a hidden gem for a child's birthday party. I wanted to have my son's 7th birthday someplace that was indoors (having had an outdoor party that almost got rained out), included food (having previously made food and dealt with catering headaches in the past), had games and entertainment for the kids, and where the adults could also enjoy, and I didn't have to worry about dealing with plates cups and utensils (which adds up even if you buy from Costco) and clean-up. Chuck E Cheese gave us everything, AND it was an amazing value for the price! The place is very safe for kids as no children are allowed to leave without an accompanying adult. When you enter, the place is clean and warm and so inviting for children. We were greeted immediately by our hostess and she took charge and made sure we were set up and had everything we needed. Kids started arriving shortly after, and were able to play as much as they wanted for the entire party. Pizza came out piping hot 30 minutes into the party, and it was DELICIOUS. We also ordered two veggie pizzas and a veggie tray for the adults. While we did not provide drinks for the adults, adults could also buy alcoholic beverages to enjoy on their own. For our package ($28.99 per child), each child got two slices of pizza, a take home cup with unlimited drinks, Dippin Dots ice cream, and unlimited play for the entirety of the party (and redeem the points for prizes). My son also got a birthday show with the mouse, got to go into a Ticket Blaster (which he turned in for yet another huge prize), and a play badge watch he can reuse. All we had to do was bring a cake and goody bags. I even forgot candles and matches, but the hostess had everything! Pro tip: Download the Chuck E. Cheese app and make sure you scan it when you go there, because you can earn points really fast for free food, games, and prizes. There are so many options for children's birthday parties, but don't forget about Chuck E. Cheese! This place is great for the kids, nostalgic for us adults, and deserves your business. read more

This is for the benefit of management; I understand how difficult it is to find dependable staff today, but you can't just hire bottom or barrel people and stick them in front of house positions. I tried to take my grandkids here today and was 'greeted' by two miserable ogres (possibly brother and sister?) who couldn't manage a smile or a single pleasantry of any kind. The exchange only went downhill from there. I'm trying to find some positivity here, so I will say that it wasn't very crowded. So that was a nice surprise. But other than that, the vibe was very off because the staff was complacent and uncaring. read more

Only about 60% of the games actually work at this location. The other 40% don't register points, don't respond to the controls, or just turned off. For what they charge, and seeing as it's the point of going, it doesn't seem like a big ask to actually maintain the games. read more

I was there on 11/26. Many of the games, particularly the two player shooting games were broken. It also seems that this location has a smaller selection of games compared to other CC locations. CC is good, but Franklin location isn't. read more

Our experience here today was great. I like the new unlimited play for an amount of time. Our pizza was good. The manager (Rick, I believe) walked around to ensure everyone was happy. The choices for prizes from tickets is a little slim unless you have lots of tickets, but they enjoyed playing even without tickets. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised. Oh, and I had a beer with my pizza, so that was a nice addition :) read more

I cannot say enough about the incredible safety measures Chuck E. Cheese has in place! Twice during our visit, I needed to step outside to grab something from the car with a child in my arms, and both times the staff immediately stepped in to verify my identity and my relationship to the child. In such a big, exciting place where kids are constantly on the move, it can be hard to keep eyes on them at all times-- the staff's attention to detail and commitment to safety makes all the difference. This level of diligence gives parents and caregivers peace of mind, and we're incredibly grateful for the care this business shows to families. Highly recommend for a safe, fun experience! read more

I have never been somewhere so stinky. Sorry but it literally smells so awful in there. Like feces. I was basically trying not to breathe for the full hour. It definitely needs a good deep clean or something because it's clear that it's just disgustingly dirty and gross. I'm 20 and it was fun when I was a kid but now it's literally just arcade games and nothing else and the smell makes it so horrible to endure. Would never go here again if I had the choice but I take my babysitting kids unfortunately. read more

I'm surprised that I am giving ANY kids place 5 stars (let's be honest, they are typically not great). But this location has proved me wrong! I brought my son, niece and nephew for dinner and a night of games. We found a coupon on the website for 2 large pizzas, 4 drinks and 95 tokens. This was the perfect amount of food and fun for our group. Food: The pizza came out REALLY fast and was delicious. There were many non-soda drink choices as well (great for the kids). Staff: They were incredibly helpful and quick. They were walking around, fixing machines, checking on customers and cleaning tables and machines. This was a great experience and we can't wait to come back! (Who says that about a kids place?!) read more

I like this establishment. It is fun for everyone. I went to a birthday party there and it was great (I am in high school)

Chuck E Cheese's is affordable fun for the kids...heck, it's fun for adults too! This is a great Sunday Funday activity for the family. They have games and activities for all different age groups. The pizza isn't too bad and it seems clean and organized. I like how they stamp the kids with the adults they enter with and actually check to see if stamp is the same upon exit. My kids look forward to returning! read more

When I was a kid, I don't remember all the Chuck E Cheese's being the same but it appears that most have defaulted to similar layouts. My daughter always has a great time, and that's the most important thing. We came to this location for a friends birthday party and they did a pretty good job. It was organized and entertaining. My all time favorite feature has to be the child-security system. I love that there is a door attendant at all times and everyone gets checked before entering/leaving. Nice to know your child is safe. read more

Chuck e. Cheese. What can I say, good pizza, fun games, magnificent prizes, and an even better adoption center, but one thing struck a deep nerve, deep inside which no one has EVER struck before. The customer service... not one, not two, not three, but four employees working for beautiful establishment gave my group of friends eye rolls, rude comments, bad energy, and ignored my friend who had a serious question. This treatment should not go on any longer. I'm not gonna lie, I'm really dissatisfied. But! The manager of the store provided a great experience, props to him!! Sincerely, Sarah Smith read more

My son and I have come here occasionally over the last few years. None of the experiences have been pleasant, but our recent visit will be the last. Pizza took 55 min and when we finally did get it they just kinda threw it on our table, machines took our money. Just not happy. My son actually told me, "this place sucks". read more

I'm not a big Chuck E Cheese guy. Pretty noisy.

Not happy at all. Took my 3 year old grandson here and we had to hunt down someone to clean a table. I was looking for the ball pit but all we got were little rides that only an infant would ride. Chuck E acted as if he didn't even want to be there. Prices are waaayyy to expensive.. read more

They really don't make these places like they did when I was a kid. What happened to the ball pit? The slides? The stuff to climb on? A lot of games, but we took my 4 year old neice and the majority of the game for younger kids were out of order. The pizza is still delicious and the staff is friendly. read more

I like Chuck E. Cheese. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the atomosphere is very vibrant and colorful. I greatly enjoy coming here. The pizza is delicious and they always have full soft drink machines. However, it can be a bit expensive so look for coupons online. Otherwise, it is very safe and clean:) read more

Come on, man! It's 3 o'clock on a Monday, very few people here and this place is trashed. I had to walk all the way around the place to find one table that was clean. Totally unacceptable. I'm posting pictures for the visual. Management should be ashamed to have their place looking like this. Daughter just came to the table and said hardly any of the games are working. This Chuck E. Cheese is busted! read more

We took our boys here for my son's 2nd birthday...they loved it! The food was good, and they got to see Chuckey, I am sure this will be a cherished memory for our family! My only complaint is that the wings that we paid $15 for were SUPER TINY...therefore I felt they were overpriced.... Other than that I would definitely recommend this for some good family fun! read more

My boys love this place. Actually, my husband and I usually have a good time too. The pizza is not bad at all, for a kids place, and it's surprisingly clean. I can only think of a handful of times that we've been here where a game hasn't worked. The staff is always very responsive if tickets get jammed or something doesn't work. They're also very patient when our kids pick out their prizes. It can get very loud, but you kind of expect that in a place like this. Best time to go, believe it or not, is on a Friday night. I'm docking one star because they took out the jungle gym, although that might be due to cleanliness. No ball pit or anything. However, again, this might be a cleanliness thing, so I could understand the reasoning to not have those things. read more

Great for 3 year old. Nice toddler games and climbing tower tunnel thing. Get a token coupon to save some cash. Spent less than 10 bucks for more than 3 hours play. read more

I said a long time ago that I would never step foot in a Chuck E Cheese again...well, here I am. My son just turned 2 so we decided to have a small party at our house and let him run around here for a little while. The trick is to come during school hours so there's not a crowd! We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves besides maybe 2 other kids. The tables were clean and everything was kept up with. This location does seem a bit smaller than the previous ones that we've been to. There was no ball pit but not a big deal. Every half hour or so Chuck E Cheese comes out to dance with the kids and give away free tickets. We bought the $50 package which includes a large one topping pizza, 100 tokens, one salad bar, cheese bread and 4 drinks. We are a family of 5 and had leftover pizza and tokens. I don't expect to spend as much next time because we only ordered the food to celebrate a birthday. Overall not a bad experience. My kids had a blast and that's all that matters. :) read more

For the most part, they can't help it. It is just a madhouse and the pizza is-meh. In general, I felt like things seemed a little extra germy while I was there. The big TV is nice for the entertainment they do... I wish you could actually see it but the resolution is not very good. read more

Stopped here for my son to play the games on the way into town. Got $20 worth of tokens and used them up over a two day period. When we went to redeem the coupons I was shocked at quality of the prizes. We had 322 tickets and you won't find anything worth having for that many tickets. My kid was really disappointed. Pure junk for the prizes. Some of the other prizes might have been acceptable, but to redeem them you'll need thousands of tickets. When we were there on a Sunday morning their was ONE person working the prize counter and the pizza counter. We got stamped on the way in, but when we were ready to leave the door attendant was no where to be found. Got tired of waiting, so we just left. Bottom line: Rip Off! read more
