Inside the manor itself, there are a series of rooms perfect for coworking, studying, or simply slowing down to enjoy coffee with a friend. I ordered my typical coffee order: vanilla latte with oatmilk and it was the perfect afternoon pick-me-up! I'll definitely be recommending this to anyone looking for a coffee shop in the area!

I stopped in on a crisp fall morning, and the moment I took that first sip, I knew I'd found something special. My latte was silky, rich, and perfectly balanced -- with a little heart in the foam that matched how I felt holding it. The aroma alone could make anyone fall in love with mornings again. The staff was welcoming and genuinely kind, the kind of people who remember your smile and make sure your coffee is made just the way you like it. I took my cup to go and wandered through the nearby historic grounds, surrounded by golden leaves and sunshine -- it was the perfect pairing of caffeine and calm. Whether you're passing through or local to the area, this is the kind of café that makes you want to linger, journal, or just sit and watch the day unfold. 1819 Coffee isn't just coffee -- it's comfort in a cup.

Once you've savored a recyclable chalice filled with The Goat's finest offerings, you'll find that other ground brown beverages of a Starbuctic nature pale in comparison. Oh yes, the review points and what not: * The ambience is ambient, the kind of place where you'd enjoy sipping coffee. * The staff is chill; the kind of peeps you'd love sharing a coffee with. * The bean water is pinky-lifting tastebud euphoria that both longtime locals and recently relocated Californians can enjoy. In conclusion: Say goodbye to overpriced green mermaid coffee and say hello to overpriced small business coffee. Trust me, it's just better. But I digress... Make haste, you mortals. Turn off your blue-screened dystopian brain-rot box and get thine tuchus to this location immediately. But again, I digress... Despite their post-Christmas eggnog drought-- 5 out of 5. Would recommend.

I walked in, glanced at the menu for approximately 2.7 seconds, and knew exactly what destiny had in store for me: the Salted Queen Caramel Latte. (Yes ma'am. Royalty in a cup.) I placed my order with a young lady who was polite, friendly, and engaging, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've been coming there for years, even if you just figured out where to stand. Five-star customer service before the caffeine even hit. Seating options? Oh, they've got you covered. You can sit outside upstairs and pretend you're in a Hallmark movie, or stay inside where it's cool and comfortable. We chose inside. The high-top table had USB ports and electrical plugs, which is a classy move. Nothing says "we care" like letting people charge their phone while they charge their soul. And yes, there's WiFi if you feel the need to actually work instead of just looking productive. Then I heard it, my name called out like I'd just won a prize. I stepped forward... and met my Salted Queen Caramel Latte. Wow. It was better than expected. Smooth. Rich. Perfectly balanced. I took one sip and this Old GOAT almost fainted. Which is ironic... because that's exactly where we were. If you live in Franklin and haven't tried The Fainting Goat Coffee, you're missing out. Go meet the Queen. Just be prepared... you might faint.

It didn't take them long for them to make my drink, a salted queen latte, even though they were quite busy. I'm sure thanks to how they have their space setup as well as some fabulous workers! Loved how there were more private booth spaces. Genius! The drink was nummy + exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much, Fainting Goat Coffee!! Hey next time carry more sizes of shirts so I can continue to spread word of your great coffee shop!

It took me so long to decide what to get because everything looked amazing. Thankfully they have tasty flights throughout the drink and food menus, so I was able to have it all! Everything has a homey, sweet feel that makes you want to go home and redecorate, or just stay and keep eating their delicious food and feeling the good vibes!! Service was a star- the person taking orders wasn't friendly at all. It took a long time to get drinks, They charge $2 for the smallest glass of water and don't ask you to refill, you have to ask. The food took a very long time, but they were pretty busy in Sunday morning so they get a pass there. The servers were less than friendly. Dropped our food, one kind lady did check on use as we finished we were waiting for a lemonade $8!) and the server checked on all the tables around us to see if the needs anything and completely ignored us! What's up with that?! I'd go back for the food and maybe give them another chance in the service.
