We had such a great time at Dinotopia. The hidden mirror maze was probably the favorite, although snow tubing in the middle of summer was something I definitely didn't expect to be doing. All that activity got us hungry so we had to grab some mozzarella sticks along the way. My favorite part was just being silly and running around pretending to be dinosaurs. I'm really glad we made the effort to go and had this fun experience! read more

I took my grandkids to Dinotopia today. First problem: there were only two young girls working in this building today. They were super busy and one was checking in people and one was making pizzas. You could not get any help With issues that arose while there. Couldn't buy a drink or anything. Second: A group of 15 came in with teens and adults and they decided to play tag. They were knocking down children and endangering two young moms holding new born babies. When I brought it to The attention of the young girl she was kind but there was nothing she could do. She was too intimidated by the adults who were rough housing so we decided to leave as did three other families. All stated they didn't feel safe to allow their children to continue to play. Very disappointed! We drove two hours to be there. What a waste of time and money!! read more

My 6 year old had such a blast here. He couldn't wait to go, and we were there a few minutes before open. We were greeted immediately by Dinosaurs. There's even an animatronic one on the inside. It's so cool. We love the walls. My son played for a few hours and really enjoyed it. We'll be getting a membership and picked up a toy dinosaurs on our way out. read more

This place is incredible! It's super clean from top to bottom--right down to the spacious, spotless restrooms. The socks have amazing grip, and the whole setup is a ton of fun. There are multiple paths and courses with all kinds of obstacles to explore. I will say, if you're over 35, prepare yourself! Climbing between levels was no joke, and I'm definitely bringing knee pads next time for the tunnels. But everything feels sturdy and safe, which I really appreciated. My toddler had an absolute blast, and the staff were wonderful--especially when I had questions about hosting a birthday there. If you have a 2+ year old, definitely check it out! read more

Super excited and happy all good mi bb love go and enjoy playing there relax chill and nice

First time visiting. We chose a Saturday. Not the smartest move, but I figured that at opening time, there would be less people. Boy, was I wrong. It got busier by the minute. From my dino obsessed 4 year old's perspective, she LOVES it. From the gift shop, realistic looking dinos, funky wall paper and painted walls, to the slides and ball pits, she loves it all. From a parent's perspective, it's kind of a nightmare, LOL. You pay $20 per kid, plus $4 for socks. I feel like if you're going to make everyone pay for socks, that should be your parental/custodian admission price. It's $5 for each parent. Our total was $46 for 2 parents, 1 kid, and socks for all. Granted, socks are a one-time purchase and can be used over and over, much like they do at trampoline parks. There's certainly a lot to look at. If you get over stimulated easily, I wouldn't recommend Our time slot was 10:15 to 12:15 and, about an hour into that, my daughter asked to leave because it was overly crowded. I convinced her to stay a little longer to get our money's worth, so we browsed the gift shop for a few minutes and ended up buying a stuffie dino. Honestly, it would be a great place to host or attend a birthday party (their party setup looked super cute, though they are rather expensive -- roughly $400+) but I would 100% recommend coming on a weekday for less of a crowd. read more

Oh so much fun! My 2 year old had a blast . The place is pretty spacious . So many Dino decors

I took my grandson for an outing when I was visiting from out of state, and we both had the best time. Fun place to take the kiddos for a quick outing read more

Recently opened, so ventured with the little to check it out. When we arrived (weekend) in the am there was a line out the door. About a 20 min wait. Highly recommend completing the online waiver to save time. When you walk in, it's a completely Dino feel. Great decor and it was really crowded already. We checked in and paid. Nice front staff. You do need to buy the Dino socks ($4 a pair), even if you are just watching your kiddo. They aren't bad, but I saw some unhappy people around me when they found that out. They have cubbies for shoes, but since it was crowded it was a tight space and no where to sit to change into our socks. If you go inside to the playroom there are a few benches with cubbies, however you can't wear your shoes in there. Everyone was trying to find a wall space to lean on or just sat on the floor, however it's also the same area where their store is. Plus when you try to put on your shoes when you leave, same issue. ‍ Once inside, lots of play areas for kiddos. I will say it was bumper to bumper parents and kids when we went. Lots of parents accompany smaller kids throughout the structure, so it's kind of awkward when it's so crowded and you have adults sharing and crawling in some of those small spaces with that many kids trying to squeeze and run by. Also, not much supervision inside. You had big kids jumping into ball pits and smaller kids lying in the balls underneath...observed some unsafe moments. The place is new and looks it, and clean. They do check to make sure you are using their socks. It's a fun space but I do think they need to manage how many people are allowed to come in. They have cute restrooms as well, and in the back a good space for parties, to eat or just hang out (parents). Pizza looked good from their cafe. Dino theme is carried throughout the place. They have timed wristbands you wear, which were color coded and great to make sure you knew when your two hours were up (they make announcements). Definitely be back, but probably not on a weekend. Here's some feedback as a parent: * If you get rid of that merchandise case in the front, you might have a better area for cubbies with seats for people to take off/put shoes on. * For the tube ride, you really need to station someone there to help out. Kids are kids, and some are not going to want to share, bypass those waiting and go again. Also having someone stationed there might help with the backup. * Maybe get rid of the Dino carousel and put seating for parents/caregivers, which may allow them to have eyes on their kiddos and help with less congestion in the play structure. * Have an employee stationed at the playground door, so kids don't run out. * Maybe rope a lane for entrance and exit - might help with congestion. read more

This was a nice and clean facility. My son had plenty of time to play in our time given. Also, perfect for hot days. We didnt eat but the food looked pretty good for what I was seeing. We are from out of state, and was happy to have found this place. It does add up if you dont bring your own socks and each adult who plays needs to pay. As a private business, its a fair price for the experience and the amenities. read more

I was a little nervous about bringing a 2 year old here after reading the reviews. I'm glad I decided to take the "risk" because he had an amazing time. We were there on a Monday morning, so it was all kids that are not ready for school yet. While there were quite a few kids there, it certainly did not feel crowded. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I don't know that I would take him there if there were school groups or on days school was out just because of his size versus theirs, but overall, I was very impressed. We will definitely be back! read more

So much fun for all three of my kiddos 3, 6, 8. They all had a great time and were wiped out after 2 hours.

My daughter had a BLAST!! However, my arthritic mom and I were disappointed that there were no places for adults to sit except in the back at the food court (the few "seats" or padded areas were already taken by others.) I sat on a little ledge of a baby ball pit but after 10min, my back started hurting. We ended up sitting on the floor because we needed to see my kid playing- but I had to always move to ensure I didn't get in the way/trip anyone. So - while I'm fine with the kid's entry fee, the $5 for each adult was ridiculous considering we had no where to sit and observe comfortably. read more

Scheduled a 2 hour Birthday party for 11 kids, paid a $109.75 deposit which in most cases s deducted from the total. A lot of the play areas were broken. The pizza and drinks were normal. When paying the total there was another $354.00 charge and deposit was not deducted. We had no extra socks, food, drinks or anything else. She was going to charge a full amount of $393.00 and deposit and also wanted a $78.00 tip for the service, which would 've brought total to $580.75 for 2 hours. Absolutely not worth the cost. This is literally about a $250 event area. read more

Check out the photos I took while there. Very dangerous. Terrible manager (hot head) and they charge you to just come in. $3.95. Smh ridiculous. Will not be returning. I saw multiple hazards within the mazes for the children not certain how they passed their inspections. Too dangerous for us read more

Love the concept of this place, and will be back; however, is it over priced for Adults. My opinion is that Adults should pay half the price of a child, technically I am not playing, I am supervising. Weekends are really busy, avoid them. On our last trip, 4kids were in the ball pit cussing/and fist fighting, parents were no where in sight. For the price you would think some security could be added. read more

The staff was very helpful. My experience was great. I would recommend my friends and family to visit the location. Definitely a future birthday party destination read more

We had a very disappointing birthday experience for my son. The play area is nice and all, but the staff struggles to be even remotely hospital to us or the party guests. Alex Ostrander was our server, and was barely in the room to assist us with the food and drink lost worlds provided for the party. I ended up serving most of the kids myself as she was no where to be found. When she finally did Return she had ruined our cake and her only answer about it was "oh well". Lost worlds then decided that this merited a forced $75 gratuity on top of the over priced party package. Extremely disappointing for a place that has alot of potential to be very enjoyable if it had decent staff accommodating its guests. read more

This place is absolutely amazing! What a treasure for Nashville. It's in a strip mall in Madison near the old navy and dollar tree, so you might not expect it to have a huge play area for kids but MAN I was shocked! There's so much for little ones to do! Dinosaur themed throughout, with multiple ball pits, slides, a big play structure with a maze, swings and a little zip line type swing also, a cafe and a designated area for parties, just truly a TON. Oh and a gift shop. My son had a blast! We got the 2 hour play pass but could have easily stayed for longer because there's just so much to do that those 2 hours went by quick! If you have young children, definitely check this place out! read more

We've been here a few times for some parties since they opened and I can't help but think something bad is going to happen. There is zero security and anyone can enter the play area from the front area/street. Also children can and do walk out of the play area freely. There is a small gate that looks like it's more for decoration than to actually serve a purpose. It's always open. There seems to be no capacity limit or the capacity limit is set way too high. So many children crying looking for their parents and parents equally stressed climbing around the play structures looking for their kids. This place could be amazing with just a few tweaks as the play structure itself is huge and great fun for the kids. The play structure is safe however the layout of the rest of the facility is lacking in that department. Hire more staff, lower capacity and lock it down. Another idea: matching coded wristbands for parents and their kids so staff can find you and your phone number in the system easily if your child gets separated from you. read more

Visiting in Tennessee with our kids and wanted something to do. We looked up this place and came here and my 4 and 2 year old had a great time. Definitely coming back when in town read more

This place is ridiculously priced. $19.95 for 2 hours! Not sure how many parents would actually stay 2 hours?! Then $3.95 just to enter? I feel like parents should enter free especially since they're just sitting there and y'all charge $20 bucks per kid anyhow! Then add socks... wow. Looking at about $55 for 2 kids to play. If you want people to consider coming back y'all should consider adjusting your prices. Just saying. read more

Great facility to bring your kids. It's clean, safe, and very entertaining. Also an affordable place to take your kids.

Kids will love it but not sure if they sanitize regularly. I saw a baby vomit milk and no one came to pick it up after the mother barely wiped it up. That baby was coughing the whole time. It was right in the walk way. I went up to ask if someone could clean it up. They looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about or asking for. Pretty much not prepared. The rates are super high so I feel like they should have enough people to help keep their facility cleaned and sanitized. Hopefully this isn't something that normally happens. My son did have a great time and we will be back! read more

I booked my son's birthday party here and I was a little hesitant based on the negative reviews about birthday parties. The party began at 12PM on a Saturday. I was expecting it to be crowded, again judging off reviews of the weekend, but it was not the entire time. I got a call 3 days early and we went over everything for the party. When we arrived, they made it extremely easy. There is a list for your party, so there is no confusion of what you're paying for and who you are paying for. You have the option to pay for adults socks or have your guests pay. I seen a lot of reviews of this as well and it clearly states adult socks are NOT included when booking the party, so I don't see why anyone would complain. Also, they took the cake, good bags, and each gift from guests when checking in. I met my party host, Nia, right away. She was amazing! I did absolutely nothing and the 18% tip included was worth it. She found me multiple times throughout the party to update me and ask me if I needed anything. This might not be every party, but I was fortunate to have the party room a little earlier because there was no party before me, but I ended up only using it for 30 minutes because, the kids wanted to play. Nia did everything at the party! She served us pizza, served and cut the cake, and got everyone drinks. Not only that, she was interactive with the kids, getting everyone excited about the party. Another negative review was the rush at the end of the party, but again it clearly says, only 30 minutes, so it's up to you to manage time. As time was nearing, Nia gave us a 5 minute warning. She did all the cleaning, so all I had to do was pull my car up and grab presents. Never once was I rushed! My son had an amazing 4th birthday and I didn't meet one single employee who wasn't kid friendly. The price was as expected when booking and the food was delicious and on time. I definitely recommend having a birthday party here! read more

DISAGREE! This place is not "kid friendly " took my grandson about a month ago and the first thing I noticed was they were significantly over capacity. Way too many people in there. The air conditioning was set at 76° and it felt like it was 100 I had to complain to the manager to get the thermostat changed. In the café area where you can get refreshments, there were lots of adults hanging out in the area reeked of weed ! I said something to the manager and his exact words were well I know but there's nothing I can do about it. I think they're going outside and coming back in and that's why you're smelling it inside. It was a disgusting experience. We paid close to $40 for my grandson to play iPad an additional fee as a chaperone. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

It was over crowded, the staff is rude. There was no one supervising the play area. Large children are running over the small children. The larger children are permitted to enter the area designated for smaller children. Parents have to pay to supervise their children. There was broken equipment. I asked to cancel my party reservation for a month out and was told they would keep all of the $100 deposit and would not convert it to a gift card. My daughter had fun but the overall experience was stressful and not with it. read more

Cool place for kids and even adults. DO NOT come here on a weekend. Way too overcrowded and did not have any pizza's available.
