Tried to reason with a manager who confirmed that they had Photoshop and could open the file via Photoshop but did not want to, they wanted to open it in Illustrator. Keep in mind these are high res, 500dpi print-ready files that simply needed to be OPENED in Photoshop at the correct size to print. Absolute insanity to speak to a print shop manager who is telling me they have Photoshop but don't want to use it to open my files. Avoid these guys, they are not straight shooters!
