He's a very easy going guy, made me feel comfortable and was gentle when needed. He was concerned about making sure I didn't feel too much discomfort while getting my IUD put in. I've never had a problem with seeing male gynecologists and I've had several different ones in the past who were good but Dr. Bazzani is great! The front desk staff and medical assistants are friendly enough but my five start rating is for Dr. Bazzani only. I wasn't too pleased with the office staff the first two times I was there but this last time everything went smoothly. I've also seen the nurse practioner there, I think her name is Carrie, she's great too!

He explained my different options and together we made a decision. Dr's office staff was very helpful, too. My insurance had previously told me he was a preferred provider and then went back on it, charging me out of network rates. They waited for payment while I hashed it out with insurance. The office is fully entitled to request payment while I deal with insurance, but they were understanding and kind - and in the end my insurance paid. I would certainly recommend Dr Phillip Jones.
