At Parkside, I feel like my condition and concerns are addressed fully because I am heard. The staff are all very personable and caring. From everything I've seen and heard, they take a personal interest in their patients. Most importantly, I like the results I get from the treatments and exercises. I have highly recommended Parkside to several friends and family.

I needed help with my Achellis and got right in to see Rohit Dadi, DPM. After taking X-rays, he…read moremade his diagnosis. I'm thinking he got is right. My issue is the treatment and associated costs. The office sold me an an sleeve for support and boot to stretch my Achellis. The sleeve did not help and the boot only hurt me. I brought the boot in the have him examine the way I was using it. He had no input and I set it on the shelf. He also suggested that I under go shockwave therapy. 5 treatments for about $600 with one free, so it was a 6 treatment plan. I got no relief from the session and stopped them after 4. I had expected a refund for 2 sessions but the office said I was only entitled to a refund for 1 as the last one would be free. There is the real rub. First I had to decide to stop treatment (I think he should of stopped it after the second) and I was charged out of pocket for 4 treatments when it should of been 3. Bottom line: sold me on a bunch of treatments that did not work and I'm out about $600 plus whatever they charged my insurance.

Does not inspire confidence and annoying. We miss Dr. Brown, he is the best!
