I spoke with the owner, found out Nick has only been practicing a couple of years. I addressed my concern with the owner and from the sounds of it, all of the physical therapists at this location have less than 5 years experience and are relatively new. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody with an injury.

They asked to keep my credit card on file however always failed to use it for my copayments instead they would badger me the next time that I didn't pay my copayment when they had my card on file.
