I was in there for 10 minutes during which time I had 3 items frozen from my face and head (one of which has returned for the 3rd time). One of the 3 treatments was billed at $296 (for a 10 second shot of liquid nitrogen). The bill was $615. There were no biopsy's or other follow on activity. My insurance paid most if it but that doesn't make the cost any less ridiculous.

The first doctor I saw didn't take the time to explain the condition even though I had done research myself. I had a follow up scheduled and they called saying that the first doctor was out of town and would be seeing a new one. I was soooooo happy with Dr. Greg he was so nice and spoke to me about my condition he seemed interested and took the time to explain to me how to take care of my condition and what was working for me and what wasn't. I was super happy with Dr. Greg that I will be returning to see him.

She walked me through all the different treatment options and gave me a clear, realistic timeline of what to expect from the procedure. I felt very comfortable and well-informed under her care. While the verbal explanation was wonderful, I wish the office provided a printed visit summary at the conclusion of the appointment to help keep track of the discussed options and next steps. Overall, though, the care was top-notch.

From the moment you walk into the studio, you can tell you are going to have a top notch spa experience. The environment is very calming and Tatja is there to greet you with a warm smile. The treatment room is beautiful and the linens on the massage table are very plush. I immediately was able to relax and enjoy myself. Since I have never had a foot reflexology treatment before, I asked Tatja to explain the steps. She did an excellent job informing me of the science behind the pressure points and how she learned her trade. You can tell she is sincerely passionate about her work. The last 2 visits were unspectacular and overpriced. I felt used. Adding this today, 5/10 (Don't be fooled by the reviews. See when they've been posted, all at the same time, and where the reviewers are from). Today I was told I could no longer go to Rejuvené because I "expressed my unhappiness online." Not sure if that can legally be done? There's no place else to go in Chico so I was going to take my chances again since the reviews were so good. But apparently I've been banned! A few weeks ago I noticed the great reviews that were suddenly added. I thought perhaps I just had a bad experience and maybe I should try again, since other people seemed to be happy with Rejuvené. I deleted my review in April, not wanting to be negative when apparently it was just a bad day for them. On Monday (5/8) I called to schedule an appointment. No response. Yesterday I called. No response. (Typically you leave a message and they call right back) This morning I called. No response. Then I dialed *67 and got an answer! That's when I was told I was banned. I was told that I'm not a good fit because I expressed my unhappiness. Nothing like that has happened to me in my life. I'll be calling the Better Business Bureau. I only called because there are no other option and I was going to take my chances and try again. The 2 stars was the original review I have once I became unhappy with Rejuvené. They changed the review to go to "Dr. Ritchey", but he hasn't been there for years. So I'm going to cut and paste this and put it back up again. Dr. Hodari gives a lot money to places like Gateway Science and other places on the community so I doubt my call to the Better Business bureau will do a thing.

They said, he didn't do it? They told me to go back in, this time I wore a paper shirt. She was very polite and without a doubt a person who had been very well trained and who took pride in giving the best service she could. Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!! Lauren is very good at what she does and I highly recommend both the facility for the professional way they do business; and Lauren for her considerable knowledge and amazing skill.
