Greetings to you all: Let's face it, no one wants to be ill. However, if you are sick, you want to…read morereceive high-quality care expeditiously. On December 10, 2025, I visited Endeavor Health Care Intermediate Care on Naper Boulevard in Naperville, IL. This was my second visit. I returned for care because I received exceptional care during my first visit. My response concerning my visit on December 10th is WOW, WOW!!!! I received top-notch, high-quality care and services from the second I walked in the door! Once I entered the building, I was greeted by Norma, the receptionist, with a big, warm smile. She set the stage for a warm, nurturing environment. After checking me in, she assured me that I would be seen shortly. She was not kidding! I was called before I could take off my coat and be seated. This was about one minute after check-in. Jackie, the Nurse Technician, was kind and informative as she escorted me to my room and during my initial assessment. Jackie ensured that I was relaxed and did not need anything. Once she was finished, Sandy, the Registered Nurse, entered the room in about three minutes from the time Jackie concluded her initial assessment. This is unbelievable. When Sandy entered the room, she brought in a ray of sunshine! She is a positive, charismatic, caring, and competent nurse. Her skill set and professionalism put me at ease, which made me feel confident that I would once again receive stellar healthcare. Sandy anticipated my questions and managed my expectations as though she could read my mind. Based on my symptoms, she ordered tests. In seconds, those who were required to perform the test appeared. Debbie, the X-ray technician, escorted me for an X-ray with a smile and performed the specific test with care and tenderness. Debbie escorted me back to my room with graciousness. In three minutes, the provider appeared! This was astounding considering that the clinic was busy! When the provider, Godwin Flores, entered the room, he did not disappoint! He further illuminated the room with his smile, care, and concern. He thoroughly examined me, and I could tell that he reviewed my medical record before he entered the room because of his questions, answers, and plan of care for me. Assessing someone's record before evaluating a patient tells you that Godwin Flores is interested in providing the best possible care for his patients. Unfortunately, not all providers do this. I received world-class, second-to-none, seamless care from Endeavor Intermediate Health Care on Naper Boulevard on December 10, 2025. I am simply over the moon about the care and service I received. I was in and out of the clinic in less than 30 minutes. I am a retired Health Care Quality Executive. I know high-quality care when I see and receive it. Hooray to the staff at Endeavor Intermediate Health Care, Naper Boulevard! You are the flagship immediate care clinic for Illinois. There is no one better than you. Take a bow! If you want world-class, seamless healthcare from competent staff, go to Endeavor Intermediate Health Care on Naper Boulevard in Naperville. I could have gone to several other clinics nearby, but they are not like Naper. read less

I've had such great care here. Great care from the kindest providers. Not just ear infections and…read moresore throats, although of course those too. But even more serious issues. Earlier this yr, I was hooked up to an EKG after an Rx I was on sent my heart rate and pulse crazy. I felt I was in very good hands there. A huge comfort because it scared me to death. I'd rate this place a 5 if the waits weren't so insane. I took my daughter for blood work this summer and we were there for more than an hour and a half before we were seen for labs. For labs? I've never waited for more than 20 min anywhere else. Especially puzzling because the waiting room wasn't very full. Don't use this Immediate Care if you're wanting immediate care. It's more "eventually we might get around to you" care. But once you're seen, it's at least great care.

After waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes, I walked up and said is my tech running late or something? Whereupon she said that yes they are in fact running behind and if I would go in a closed MRI, I could go back right away. I proceeded to tell them that I drove out of my way to Melrose Park as it is the only MRI due to claustrophobia so that was out of the question for me to go on a closed MRI. I was not taken back until 11:37. 37 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Mind you there are several signs around the office stating that if you are late for your appointment time, you will Not be seen. They don't seem to hold themselves to the same standard. There are also several TVs in the waiting room that stress how much their techs care and how they know that it can be a difficult process getting medical imaging and they try to make it as smooth as possible for their patients.. That could not have been any further from the truth for my experience. Not only was there garbage on the floor the bathroom smelled of feces and was dirty but when I was finally taken back to my open MRI, the locker room was falling apart and the open MRI there was fingerprints on it and it wasn't really open at all. All of that, I could've possibly overlooked if the tech was kind and made me feel comfortable. But that never happened. She was rude short with me told me that there was a button I could press and if I did, I would be charged for the full service not through insurance and they would have to stop the entire procedure. When I asked if they had a timer so I could watch the time she sort of snorted looked away and said that she can check in with me and let me know. The timeframe I was originally quoted said it would take about 15 minutes, but she said no more like 35 minutes. When you have claustrophobia and the open MRI isn't open at all, being told that you're going to be in there three times as long as you originally planned for it with no way to watch the time go by is extremely unsettling and couldn't have been any more opposite from their short videos that they blasted at you in the lobby. Overall, I gave the place a D minus, it was dirty they were very late and the tech was extremely rude and thoughtless. Don't go to the Melrose Park Bright lights, MRI location!

Simply put, knowing my TRUE body fat % and composition motivated me to train harder and eat even…read morebetter than I did before I got scanned. If you have even a passing interest in your health, then go to Dexa Fit and get a DXA body scan done. If you REALLY want to know what your body is comprised of, there is no better way of measuring than DXA technology. Your bathroom scale, the "pincer" method... water / air displacement - these methods are fooling you into thinking you have less body fat than you actually do. A couple of great reasons to get a scan at Dexa Fit: 1) Non invasive procedure - I got my scan done in shorts and a t-shirt. No uncomfortable nudity, no swimsuits, no people pinching your fat. 2) Total accuracy. And I mean total. For example, it will tell you how much lean mass you have in your arms, legs, trunk, how much bone mass you have, how much fat is in your bones and CNS, and what KIND of fat you are storing (android / gynoid). It will also give you your T- and Z-scores for bone density - and more. 3) Gives you your RMR - resting metabolic rate - how many calories your body burns when you just sit on your butt all day. That helps to create a plan to burn more calories than you consume on a daily basis - the foundation for a successful weight loss program. 4) Excellent, caring, and very well informed techs: Matt and Alex are highly knowledgeable about training, weight loss/gain, and can (and do) help you to make sense of the results. They walk the walk, too - both are in excellent health and clearly practice what they preach. 5) Literally takes a total of 15 minutes from entry to exit. I will warn you - if you've been using a bathroom scale or the "pinch" method to measure or estimate your body fat, you are going to get a higher reading than you're used to seeing. Get mentally prepared for that, because it is definitely going to happen - the DXA method measures the fatty tissue of your brain (8 lbs) and fat in your bones and sinews that other methods can't measure. This adds an estimated 5% or more to what you're used to seeing with other methods. Don't let that bother you - just accept it as a "new normal" and work to lower your fat from there. It's a new benchmark point - just a way more accurate one. These guys are great - the process is excellent and worth every penny - give it a try, I promise you won't be disappointed.

If you're interested in getting serious about weight loss and fitness, this is your starting point…read more I've been in twice - first time for all 3 tests (DXA body fat scan, resting metabolic rate and VO2) to establish a baseline. Test results were explained in great detail and there was advice for how to leverage the data for losing fat. At the time of my first visit I bought the package for a return visit for all 3 tests that I'll do once I'm at my target. I expect my RMR in particular will be lower so I want to set myself up for success long term. I'm at the midpoint in my weight loss so I recently went in after purchasing a groupon for a DEXA scan only. Seeing that I've been losing fat and not muscle mass was great and even more interesting was seeing where I've lost more/less around the body - for example my loss to date has been disproportionately in the waist/trunk. As others have said, be prepared for the scan results to be much higher than other less accurate methods you've used previously. Mine is about 7pts higher than my home scale and gym measurement. Don't be disappointed by the small room and no frills location. All you need is their equipment and advice. Data is power - use it!
