I had a camera on so I was able to watch (when I had the chance). Throughout the week, my pets were neglected. Did not show up when she was supposed to. Left my pets for hours and hours. I was very upset. Seeing more recent 1-star reviews does not surprise me. Pay attention to the 1-star reviews. They are the most recent very accurate. All of the 5-star reviews are from when the previous owners of Good Mojo owned the business. Abby is not responsible, full of excuses and I would never trust her or her crew with my pets. On Friday around noon I clicked schedule an appointment which takes you through a long drawn out client OnBoarding form which I would assume means you are available. I hadn't received a call within a couple of hours so I called and left a message on Friday for a walker beginning Monday. I did not get a call back so I sent a text as advised by the phone voicemail. I received a response a hour and a half later. I received a text asking for my service address to make sure I was in their area. I sent it immediately. Although this was also provided on the long OnBoarding form. No response until the next day, Saturday saying they are "checking for availability". I get a response Sunday NIGHT at 8pm (now remember I needed someone Monday morning) saying they couldn't find anyone. Thank goodness I had already hired someone else, I ended up using Wag. Otherwise, I would've been stuck at that point. I wouldn't recommend them based solely on their lack of timely communication. Why have you fill out that multiple page form if you're not even sure you can provide the service? That was annoying as heck. No other business worked that way.
