He's just a regular at the Daycare portion (I am of the opinion that pointers do not need "day spas"). He comes home tired, happy, and he doesn't smell like floor cleaner or poop. These are the things that I seek out: tired, happy, and doesn't smell like poop. The upfront staff is super helpful and very courteous, and they are understanding when the moron (you know the one doing makeup/picking a nostril... while texting... while attempting to "drive") on I-65 Northbound between Cool Springs Boulevard and Old Hickory Boulevard hits the other unsuspecting idiot driver (because both were on cell phones) and wreaks havoc on my commute back into Nashville after working Cool Springs. I like that too: understanding for things so completely outside my control that trust me I'm just as frustrated that I cannot get to my dog as I'm sure some of their staff are frustrated I am not there. I like the mutual understanding that we have. I see a couple of reviews on Yelp complaining about vaccinations outside the annual vaccinations required by your veterinarian. News flash: I have never, ever, ever visited a dog daycare/boarding facility in 3 different states that didn't require 6-month kennel cough updates and 6-month updates to fecal examines instead of the annual required by your veterinarian. So, Ohio, Tennessee, and Indiana are all consistent across 10+ daycare/boarding facilities that require this.

I will not come back to this place again. 1) My dog had a scary wound in his nose when I picked him up. The staff blamed it on the crate and used "it happened to many dogs before so it's not a big deal" as the excuse (???). Her attitude was like I should just shut up and walk away with that, and they don't care whatever I would do. This is really unprofessional. If this type of injury commonly happens at your place, you should fix the crates instead of letting it happen constantly if you are serious about your pet care business. The staff insisted that this just happened shortly before the pickup so that's why I was not notified immediately. I held reservations about this because the wound had already dried and didn't look that fresh to me. After talking with the manager, they used the "inherent risks clauses" in the "dog parent agreements" to deny their responsibilities and get off the hook. 2) I prepared the exact number of meals my dog needed for the stay, each in a separate ziplock bag. But there was still one bag meal left, whereas their feeding record shows they fed the meals on time. No idea why. 3) His paws were dirty with some dried pet waste. Looked like his feet were soaked in the waste from time to time. I have all these reasons to believe my dog was not taken good care of during his stay. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Whether that's a pool day or bacon flavored bubble machine there always seems to be something to stimulate them. Our one dog goes to the tiny room and the other goes to the big dog room. But the staff makes it a point for them to reunite a few times throughout the day which we really appreciate. It's always great as well to hear them announce over the walkie talkies that my dogs are there and to here the staff get excited for them. Every time we get them back they are extremely tired from all the fun and stimulation. We've done daycare and boarding and never had any issues. Highly recommend this place!

If you're looking for a no frills kennel, this is your place. Very basic, no bells or whistles. The…read morestaff was relatively nice, but not overly welcoming like most of the people I have encountered in Nashville. The price was cheap, I think $23 per night. I decided to have them give my 80 lb dog a bath since he was going to be there for four days. The bath is why they are not getting more stars. To start, it was $35! Yes you read that right. I have never, ever paid that much to get my dog bathed, and he has stayed at some nice places. I think the most I ever paid was $20 in Orlando at one of those pet resort places. I was in shock when they told me the bath cost that much. They said it was because he's a big dog. I think they just want to make a big buck. And on top of the inflated bath price, he didn't even smell that great. My girlfriend thought he smelled like dish soap. Needless to say, I will find somewhere else to get him bathed. But if you need a cheap place to board your four legged friend, Green Hills will do the trick.

When we arrived, I was told that my dogs could get baths unless they were groomed- that they were in too bad of shape (they had both been groomed within the last 6 months.) Both of my dogs are happy, healthy, and well taken care of. My larger dog is 140lbs and a senior- I don't put priority on regular grooming. After a condescending and pretentious lecture from the groomer and the woman at the front desk, I agreed to get Kody groomed. The last price I was told was $80. When I picked them up, I was charged $150 for Kody! I was told that the $80 was for a different service we had discussed- no apologies, just a matter of fact blank stare. After an attempt at a conversation, I paid it, so I could get my dogs and go home. They owe me a check for $70. And, for $150, they didn't even put a bandana on my dog.

Seriously.. they could both be professional pet photographers... I'm going to get a few framed.. they played with my cats and gave me the best written text describing their time with my boys. It was so wonderful, and they were delightful, responsive, and clearly loved my babies. It was so easy to set up the lock box for them to have access to my house. I will absolutely use this service again, and can't say enough nice things about Brooke and Kate. I am so happy this service exists, and will absolutely recommend everyone I know with cats to use them!
