I had heard of a cabinet line online that offered a high gloss, flat slab, Euro-style kitchen line. I reached out via their website for a quote based on a cabinet layout I had already planned. Pricing seemed in line with other quotes I had gotten, so I went to see the cabinets in person. Unfortunately, that week that line's distributor let the company know they were discontinuing the white high gloss finish. Derek was very transparent about the situation and recommended against buying the cabinets in case anything went wrong, as they'd be hard to replace. He guided me in remaining available lines and what he would and wouldn't recommend. He quoted a framed flat slab cabinet that would work for my needs, and he even pointed me to a local company that he doesn't sell in his store, but knows was the type of cabinet I'd been looking for. In a matter of days he had drawings ready for me to review in the showroom, where I could look through and choose cabinets, flooring and granite samples from the vast selection they offer. Jeff e-mailed me a complete proposal and within weeks the demo was started. All through the construction process, I was kept up to date on what was being done on each day. The installer was neat and cleaned up every evening before he left. I now have a beautiful kitchen with tons of storage, huge counter tops for baking, prepping meals, serving and entertaining. When you talk to them they talk about having their crews but they simply sub contract. I hired the company because I was hoping Jeff the owner will supervise the work regularly but he didn't. We had to check the work to make sure that the work is done to specs and point to him when the work has not done to specs. Some things are already falling apart. I am fixing them by myself because then I know it is done right. To tell you why I don't trust them, there was a door that was damaged. I showed it to them. Later they said it was fixed. But I found out that they moved the damaged door to another cabinet and turned it upside down to cover up the damage.
