This information should have been communicated to me before the appointment, especially considering the amount of time and effort it took for me to get there. What made the situation even more upsetting was the attitude of the staff. The matter was handled as though it was no big deal, with very little empathy or concern shown for the inconvenience caused. I rearranged my schedule, spent time and money traveling, and arrived expecting to receive care, only to leave with nothing but frustration and disappointment. At minimum, I would expect a medical office to verify insurance information ahead of time and notify patients of any issues prior to their appointment. Better communication and professionalism from the staff would have made a significant difference in how this situation was handled. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future patients are not put through the same experience.

I will never go back because they were to add a specific blood test to my lab and ended up adding something totally different and without the specific test. Stay Away From This Place…read more This clinic gave us the WORST experience ever. I brought my wife here for her annual health visit and they couldn't even get her name right on the lab order. I told them at check-in, but they brushed it off. Later, when she had to give a urine sample, I saw her name was still wrong! I had to argue with them to fix it before the lab sent it off--otherwise her results could have been mixed up with someone else's. That's dangerous and careless. Then comes the money game. First visit they charged us $200, saying that's a one-time payment covering everything. After the lab, they suddenly wanted another $150 for some made-up reason. I have a high deductible plan, but other providers never nickel-and-dime like this. These people don't care about patients--they only care about money. Terrible service, no professionalism, and shady billing. I'll never come back and don't recommend anyone else to either.

With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!

Earlier this week, I felt sick and was actually unable to drive more than a few miles or go to work because I hurt my body by not drinking enough water and just wearing myself out! I literally didn't take the girls to school Wednesday because I felt too sick to make the trip! So, as stupid as it seems, I made an appointment at this place near my house to get IV hydration today. I'm so excited to tell you about this, and I hope you don't think I'm being crazy right now! There is a lady, who is a nurse practitioner at women's center at Hughley hospital, 12 years at MCA before that. During Covid, she realized how many people were actually getting sick and not able to recover because they weren't getting enough nutrients or enough hydration or enough of what they need from their food and drink intake. She opened this place, complete health at Green Oaks, one year ago! You just come in, take your vitals, and then you sit in one of those really fancy massage chairs like they used to have at the Brookstone store at the mall. Do you watch TV for 15 to 30 minutes while you get an IV and then you leave. All of the IVs are a bag of Celine, and then you can choose what you add into it. There's one for energy, there's one for vitality, there's one for hydration, there's one for mood elevation... I think she has 10 or 12 different ones available. So you get a massage, you get to relax and watch TV, you get hydrated, and you leave feeling so much better! This is better than getting a pedicure, I feel like it's better for my body than getting an actual massage, just incredible! She does take Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, but they only pay for certain things. If you're paying out-of-pocket, it's $150-$200, depending on what you're getting. You can come just one time and give it a try and never go back, or you can do it once a month if you're trying to achieve some kind of a goal, like weight loss or if you are trying to increase your vitamin B12 to help with depression or anxiety (I'm planning to do that!) Please know that she did not ask me to do this, I do not stand to gain from this financially, and I really just thought it was so incredible. I want to tell people about this because I want to see people feel better and I want for all of us to take better care of our bodies to prevent getting sick instead of treating sicknesses that happen because we don't take care of ourselves! Really, whether you go in just for the heck of it now, or if you remember this the next time you start feeling sick or rundown, or if you remember to tell someone else about it when they tell you that they are having a hard time recovering from a sickness, please remember this! I love his new location, first of all it's a one story. Building with parking as close to right in front of the door. I do not miss circling the parking lot at the pavilion behind MMMC, or that ancient elevator LOL the waiting room is much bigger and there's a little more privacy at the counter. I have now been a patient of Dr. Rozier's for 9 years, he's a young doctor that's always up to date on the latest options. I live in far north Fort Worth near Roanoke and have been making that drive of a little over an hour for almost 6 years because I trust him, and I really like his entire staff, his medical assistant is so kind and pleasant, and wonderful about returning calls as well as conveying information, she's been there a good while now, and I hope she's there for many years to come. If you're looking for honest (sometimes direct ) advice and care, if you're tired of going to "pain clinics" that are nothing but fancy pill mills, and you want to find answers, I cannot recommend Dr. Rozier enough.
