Everyone I…read moreencountered, including the technician who personally walked me to my room, made me feel comfortable and cared for. I especially want to recognize my nurse, Grace. She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before my surgery even began. She thoughtfully offered me a heated blanket, adjusted my pillows, and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. More importantly, she brought such a calming and uplifting presence. She made both my aunt and me laugh, and before I knew it, my nerves had completely disappeared. Her sweet compliments, genuine kindness, and willingness to answer every question I had made such a difference during a stressful time. Grace's compassion, professionalism, and ability to make her patients feel truly cared for are remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and for helping turn what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with comfort and reassurance. Thank you to Grace and the entire team for making me feel so well cared for.

Methodist Mansfield corrupted my federal identity profile causing patient not identified denials…read morefor both the facility and emergency physician group, and are balance billing me for over $100k, instead of correcting their error. My federal profile is now corrupted, tricare pin pointing the corruption occuring a few days after the hospital began filing for reimbursement and I now have to resubmit paperwork to DEERS to establish myself as my own sponser.I am explicitly demanding that the HIM department issue a data corruption update to all anciliary providers and independent doctor groups associated with my visit. I will of course be filing a grievance with Tricare. Someone at registration, despite my evidence and protestation, and a pinch of their misogyny, linked or merged my current file with an ancient archived file containing my ex spouse as my sponser (over 30 years prior). This is sad, because instead of leaving the glowing review the staff deserves, I am looking for legal recourse and recompense. Update: After speaking with Methodist Mansfield who tried gaslighting me by saying " we have your name and insurance id" and "Methodist has no outstanding debt with you" does NOT excuse your HIM system for corrupting ALL the associated clinics who were denied because you corrupted my information. All the seperate bills, radiology, lab, ED physicians, that I have had to contact personally and explain and beg for more time while my DEERS gets reinstated. I think the BBB and other institutions need to hear about this I fell and injured my back and have been told that I have no coverage and at this time owe both Lakepoint and now Texas Presbyterian. Thank you Methodist Mansfield for ruining my life..

I think it's pretty cool that they have a fridge with the refreshments and snacks by the door to take on your way out. Dr. Tomi was so nice, and professional. She really takes the time to listens and engage. She's not in a rush to get you in and out in the 15 minute window like most offices. I'm so happy I found her and she restored my faith in doctors and reminded me that there are still doctors who truly care about their patients. The care and information is very thorough.

Signed, Still Miserable Update: I called corporate and they got in touch with regional, who then got in touch with the office. The office finally called me. It turns out that Lilly, the NP I was seeing, has left the office and my stuff just completely fell through the cracks. My scripts have now been sent in, finally. However, I'm wondering how things will be going forward and likely will be switching to a different provider as this experience has not let time feeling confident in the care I will be needing in an ongoing basis.

My experience was beyond disappointing from the start at this location…read more I have been in healthcare for more than 30 years and patient care has always been my biggest priority. With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!

To the Facility Administrator and Chief Medical Officer of Total Care ER:…read more I am writing to formally document a reprehensible lapse in basic medical ethics, patient safety, and professional conduct that occurred at your facility on September 28, 2026. It is frankly baffling that an institution capable of employing exemplary practitioners like Dr. Lee, RN Carisse, RN Yamil, and front desk Nia--who treated me with commendable compassion and competence on September 25--also harbors staff whose behavior borders on medical negligence and physical battery. Following the explicit instructions on my discharge paperwork, I returned to your emergency room to seek relief for severe, persisting symptoms, including chest pain and respiratory distress. Instead of receiving clinical intervention, I was subjected to the hostile, aggressively dismissive treatment of an older white female nurse, identifiable as either RN Teresa or RN Michell. Knowing full well the severity of my distress, this individual did not merely examine me; she manhandled me. Her inexplicable and violent forcing of my hospital bed into a fully upright position was not an act of care--it was an act of aggression. This reckless physical handling triggered agonizing, breath-catching chest cramps, immediately escalating my pain levels to an excruciating degree. When I physically reeled from the sudden agony she caused, she had the audacity to demand that I settle down and that she wasnt rude when I told her she was plainly rude. Her vitriolic demeanor and utter disregard for my well-being as a minority patient were palpable from the moment she entered the room. It is a damning indictment of your facility's culture when a medical professional is permitted to weaponize her authority, treating a patient of color with such undisguised contempt and cruelty. Feeling entirely unsafe and unwilling to entrust my life to a practitioner who actively inflicted harm, I was forced to abandon my treatment and leave the facility. To compound this disgrace, when I returned briefly to request the names of the staff involved, your front desk receptionist met me with a self-satisfied smirk as if it was an audacious declaration that I was "no longer welcome" at Total Care. This parting disrespect perfectly encapsulated the toxic, liability-ridden environment apparently permitted during this shift. I am currently at home, suffering not only from my original, potentially critical symptoms, but from the physical exacerbation directly inflicted by your nurse's rough handling. Consider this a formal demand for an immediate and exhaustive investigation into the conduct of the aforementioned nurse, Dr. Dang's team, and the front desk staff on duty. Patients pay exorbitant premiums for your services with the expectation of receiving basic human dignity, not prejudice and physical mistreatment. I expect a prompt, formal response detailing exactly how your administration intends to address and rectify this gross violation of patient rights. Sincerely, Kee Jackson Jr.

I would not recommend visiting this ER. The doctors' behavior and overall care felt unprofessional…read moreand inadequate. Dr. Huynh evaluated me for a recent back injury that was causing severe pain. When I explained that lifting my leg caused pain, she continued lifting it higher until I screamed that it hurt. During our conversation, she repeatedly stretched her glove directly in front of her face, which made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. I was also told I would receive a different prescription for pain management, but only over-the-counter medications were sent in. When I later spoke with the director, Dr. Lee, he explained that Dr. Huynh did not have prescription privileges in their system to prescribe anything stronger for my pain, which seems inadequate for patients seeking treatment at an ER. He also told me that if I wanted stronger pain medication, I would need to return to the ER and receive it only while there, as he would not prescribe even a short-term supply despite the injury being recent and until I could see a specialist for my back injury. Dr. Lee and I spoke for about 45 minutes while I advocated for better pain management, explaining that I was already taking over-the-counter medication in amounts similar to the higher doses he was recommending, without relief. After a long discussion, he finally agreed to prescribe a steroid, although I was surprised that a steroid injection for inflammation was never offered while I was at the ER. Unfortunately, the doctors at this facility were not very helpful in addressing or managing the painful condition I was experiencing from a recent back injury. Because of this experience, I'll now have to spend additional time and money seeking care at another hospital.

Stay Away From This Place…read more This clinic gave us the WORST experience ever. I brought my wife here for her annual health visit and they couldn't even get her name right on the lab order. I told them at check-in, but they brushed it off. Later, when she had to give a urine sample, I saw her name was still wrong! I had to argue with them to fix it before the lab sent it off--otherwise her results could have been mixed up with someone else's. That's dangerous and careless. Then comes the money game. First visit they charged us $200, saying that's a one-time payment covering everything. After the lab, they suddenly wanted another $150 for some made-up reason. I have a high deductible plan, but other providers never nickel-and-dime like this. These people don't care about patients--they only care about money. Terrible service, no professionalism, and shady billing. I'll never come back and don't recommend anyone else to either.
