She truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed before my surgery even began. She thoughtfully offered me a heated blanket, adjusted my pillows, and continuously checked to make sure I was comfortable. More importantly, she brought such a calming and uplifting presence. She made both my aunt and me laugh, and before I knew it, my nerves had completely disappeared. Her sweet compliments, genuine kindness, and willingness to answer every question I had made such a difference during a stressful time. Grace's compassion, professionalism, and ability to make her patients feel truly cared for are remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care she provided and for helping turn what could have been an anxious experience into one filled with comfort and reassurance. I think it's pretty cool that they have a fridge with the refreshments and snacks by the door to take on your way out. Dr. Tomi was so nice, and professional. She really takes the time to listens and engage.She's not in a rush to get you in and out in the 15 minute window like most offices. I'm so happy I found her and she restored my faith in doctors and reminded me that there are still doctors who truly care about their patients. The care and information is very thorough.

With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!

Dr. Huynh evaluated me for a recent back injury that was causing severe pain. When I explained that lifting my leg caused pain, she continued lifting it higher until I screamed that it hurt. During our conversation, she repeatedly stretched her glove directly in front of her face, which made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. I was also told I would receive a different prescription for pain management, but only over-the-counter medications were sent in. When I later spoke with the director, Dr. Lee, he explained that Dr. Huynh did not have prescription privileges in their system to prescribe anything stronger for my pain, which seems inadequate for patients seeking treatment at an ER. He also told me that if I wanted stronger pain medication, I would need to return to the ER and receive it only while there, as he would not prescribe even a short-term supply despite the injury being recent and until I could see a specialist for my back injury. Dr. Lee and I spoke for about 45 minutes while I advocated for better pain management, explaining that I was already taking over-the-counter medication in amounts similar to the higher doses he was recommending, without relief. After a long discussion, he finally agreed to prescribe a steroid, although I was surprised that a steroid injection for inflammation was never offered while I was at the ER. Unfortunately, the doctors at this facility were not very helpful in addressing or managing the painful condition I was experiencing from a recent back injury. Because of this experience, I'll now have to spend additional time and money seeking care at another hospital.

I told them at check-in, but they brushed it off. Later, when she had to give a urine sample, I saw her name was still wrong! I had to argue with them to fix it before the lab sent it off--otherwise her results could have been mixed up with someone else's. That's dangerous and careless. Then comes the money game. First visit they charged us $200, saying that's a one-time payment covering everything. After the lab, they suddenly wanted another $150 for some made-up reason. I have a high deductible plan, but other providers never nickel-and-dime like this. These people don't care about patients--they only care about money. Terrible service, no professionalism, and shady billing. I'll never come back and don't recommend anyone else to either.
