Stay Away From This Place…read more This clinic gave us the WORST experience ever. I brought my wife here for her annual health visit and they couldn't even get her name right on the lab order. I told them at check-in, but they brushed it off. Later, when she had to give a urine sample, I saw her name was still wrong! I had to argue with them to fix it before the lab sent it off--otherwise her results could have been mixed up with someone else's. That's dangerous and careless. Then comes the money game. First visit they charged us $200, saying that's a one-time payment covering everything. After the lab, they suddenly wanted another $150 for some made-up reason. I have a high deductible plan, but other providers never nickel-and-dime like this. These people don't care about patients--they only care about money. Terrible service, no professionalism, and shady billing. I'll never come back and don't recommend anyone else to either.

Very seldom is he not on time unless you do a walk in. I like that you never have to wait more than a day to see a doctor. He works Monday, Wednesday and Friday. On the days he is off he has a very good nurse practitioner. The receptionist Tonya is equally as wonderful with an always beautiful spirit and smile. He has a wonderful staff no matter their position. It's unfortunate but I'm bad with names, if not I would mention them all. However Cara is awesome and the phlebotomist Lisa is the absolute best. I'm a hard stick and she is able to get blood every time. I would recommend this clinic without any hesitation.

My daughter referred me to this practice, the Livingspring Family Medical Ctr. located in Mansfield on Broad Street. I immediately called and made an appointment with Dr. Olabintan. Tiffany helped me with the appointment. She was very knowledgeable, kind and patient focused. My appointment wasn't for a few weeks; but she made me feel as if I was already a part of Livingspring's family. My actual appointment was today and I was greeted with smiles and taken very good care of by Jasmyn/Tiffany/Lashaun in the front office with the paperwork and the answering of all my questions. I was promptly called in and Angie, MA was very kind, attentive and knowledgeable. I then met Dr. "O"; she was very attentive, patient focused, kind and concerned about and with on my next and where do we go from there. She ordered a few tests; while I was there and Yari, MA took very good care of me. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end and I believe that I have found my medical Dr. and group. The entire group made me feel as if I was family.
