Over the years, I eventually hit a stall and regained 30 pounds. I had thought about the revision, but a lot of insurances will not cover it or would require a lengthy explanation as to why it is needed. I have no comorbidities outside of the BMI. UB made this process so effortless, and they offered so much ease. Through my employer, we have Lantern. I was shocked by what they offered; they paid for the whole procedure, including my hospital stay, and they gave me a debit card to cover additional expenses after the surgery. Dr. Jay Roberts and his team are exceptional! The wonderful ladies at the front desk are such a delight, and the medical staff are so positive and friendly.
