He was very patient and not in a hurry and I could tell right away he knew what he was doing. The large diesel engine didn't Intimidate him and neither did the time required to repair it. He is an older gentleman but he's very honest and definitely helped me avoid calling a tow truck. He also drove me to the local Auto Zone to purchase Radiator Coolant , as I didn't have a vehicle. That put an injector in but another one was weak. You kept my truck 15 days, I had over $2000 in truck rental fees, and you charge me $1200 and leave a weak injector in. What kind of company is this. I am considering taking legal action. Went to pick up my truck today, would not let me test drive until I paid. Would only take cash or company check, no credit card. After paying and test driving, the truck runs worse than ever. Will not refund my money and want to charge me more to keep trying to repair it. The owner is a jerk and bully over his employees.

He made the repair and added metal so it would not break again or that's what I was told. He did add one piece of tubbing. His rate was $150.00 dollars an hour. He charged me for the service call. And for the drive out and back to his shop. He had one guy weld on it for about 45 minutes. I was figuring. $600.00 labor and $100.00 for the tubbing. I can buy a 20' stick for $100.00. When gave me the bill it was $1,600.00. When I told him I would have to use my credit card it went to over $1,800.00. When you travel you get used to getting gouged from time to time. However we got home and started to leave for another trip. Less the 300 miles later and the hitch fell off. The welds were full of verocity and not even burnt in.
