He was very patient and not in a hurry and I could tell right away he knew what he was doing. The large diesel engine didn't Intimidate him and neither did the time required to repair it. He is an older gentleman but he's very honest and definitely helped me avoid calling a tow truck. He also drove me to the local Auto Zone to purchase Radiator Coolant , as I didn't have a vehicle. That put an injector in but another one was weak. You kept my truck 15 days, I had over $2000 in truck rental fees, and you charge me $1200 and leave a weak injector in. What kind of company is this. I am considering taking legal action. Went to pick up my truck today, would not let me test drive until I paid. Would only take cash or company check, no credit card. After paying and test driving, the truck runs worse than ever. Will not refund my money and want to charge me more to keep trying to repair it. The owner is a jerk and bully over his employees.

The owner, Ben, claimed to be highly experienced and promised the job would be finished by 1:00 PM the following day. When I followed up the next day, he claimed the truck wasn't fixed despite "installing the new parts" and said he was pulling the transmission back out. I immediately told him to stop all work. When I inspected the truck myself, it was obvious that the transmission bolts hadn't been touched and there was no sign of any labor being performed. When I asked for receipts or the source of the "new parts," he made excuses and eventually told me to leave the shop. The police were called, but they informed me it was a civil matter and that I had to pay the bill to get my truck back. They only accept Cash or Cash App, specifically to prevent customers from disputing the fraudulent charges. To make matters worse, when I finally towed my truck out, my batteries were scattered and the key was missing. After moving the truck to a reputable shop, the mechanics confirmed that no work had been done. Upon opening the transmission, they found a broken clutch spring and zero new parts. This ordeal cost me nearly $10,000 in total damages, including the lost revenue from being unable to deliver my load on time. They also damaged my backlight in the process. His repairman came out and once again reassured me that the tires were new, 132 miles later I had my 2nd blowout. I made it to a reputable tire shop who informed me that all 6 tires were recaps. He has since ghosted me. I did get hold of him today, I use *67 to block my number so that he'd answer. He tried to tell me that he told me that the tires were "New recaps". This guy's is a liar and a thief. He'll put you and your family's life in danger to make a buck. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!
