So, any of you who have taken a course in economics may be familiar with the concept of diminishing marginal utility - basically that each successive unit of consumption has less utility (enjoyment, satisfaction etc.) than the previous. The goulash here defies that principle. It is unbelievable! Get it with the sliced dumpling. It was the recommended dish and I was told the cook's specialty. No word of a lie, it was sublime. Add a few slices of light bread to soak up the remaining gravy and there's dessert. Top it off with a delicious hand crafted beer and great service and you have a must do dining experience if you are ever in Vienna. I can't recommend this enough. read more
