Found them on instagram and am so glad I did. I've never had a Russian manicure before and I was curious. It was quite the experience as Noza who did my manicure was so detailed and took her time and the work shows. There's no cuticle gap at all, the shape is symmetrical and the design is crisp! They also have this reverse fan that I've never seen anywhere else. When they're electrically filing, it sucks the particles so they're not flying about in the air. That alone impressed me, not going to lie. I airdropped my nail inspo to Noza, picked my color and we were in business. It came out perfect. If you pay cash, you don't get taxed which was nice. They also asked me if I wanted tea or coffee mid manicure and made me a cup of black tea which I needed because I hadn't had my daily dose of caffeine yet. First time visiting Didi Nails. I had Russian Hard Gel for over 5 weeks which I got done elsewhere. I am so happy and love the work and dedication Dosha put into my nails. I've been coming to DiDiNails for a few months now and honestly, this place is top notch. They're super clean--every tool goes through a full sanitation process, and they use disposable stuff like nail files and buffers that come straight out of the plastic, so you know they've never been used on anyone else. The Hygiene gives me so much peace of mind. They also offer tea and water, have a little stand so you can prop up your phone and watch something while they work their magic, and even give you a stool to keep your bag right next to you instead of on the floor. First, my nails were chipping (after just 1 week) after visiting another salon so I was so grateful that Didi nails had an opening with just one day notice. Monica did a great job with my nails! She was quick yet paid attention to detail. The salon was clean, bright, and comfortable! You can pay with cash or card which is always convenient. I had a manicure with Kama and pedicure with Amina. Both were excellent and very gentle. They took so much time and care to make my nails look perfect. I was impressed by how clean and sanitary the salon was. The nail techs were wearing hair caps, gloves, and uniforms. I would highly recommend and will be returning. read more

Was very exited about this place because of the reviews and proximity to my office since i work in Midtown.Went there in person to see the salon and get the info on services and pricing.Was greeted by a "15" years old girl who seemed very nice in the beginning but it took her good 15 mins to make an appointment (she was keep apologizing for taking so long using "its a new system" as an excuse) and as i got the confirmation by text (because she couldn't write dow my email correctly for a while) i realized that booking was done incorrectly for totally wrong dates....She apologized and redid the booking...I was still exited to go to this place.Manicure experience was pretty standard.Technician seemed nice and knew what she was doing.When i was done the very same receptionist asked if i was satisfied with the setvices and my answer was " my experience was good but we shall see if this manicure lasts"! Her answer was "Our manicure lasts for more than 4 weeks if you experience ANY ISSUES PLEASE COME BACK AND WE LL FIX IT FOR YOU FOR FREE.Two weeks later i ended up with 3 cracked nails (polish) and two of the nails didn't have polish at all...it just peeled off!I went back to see how we can fix this issue and what my options were.Was greeted by another "15" years old girl who didn't seem like "the sharpest tool in the shed" either...She took pictures of my nails and said she ll message me after she contacts the owner.Owners response was outrageous! She said that they only offer 5 days guarantee on their services! They will not repair my five damaged nails at no cost!And she can only offer me a 10% discount on my new manicure...Here comes the best part! She mentioned that it's against their policy "to drink alcoholic beverages in their salon since it can affect the quality of the manicure".I guess a can of white claw that me and my friend were having at the time of 2 hour manicure was the reason for a mediocre, low quality manicure i got for $95! Also if it was their salon policy why it wasn't mentioned at the time of service?I never write bad reviews but this place along with the management is disgusting! Russian manicure is not only about the quality of manicure but it comes with a beautifully designed studio, professional and welcoming employees, complimentary beverages and little snacks.This place have of that.So if you want a TRUE Russian manicure experience AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANY MEANS! Highly recommend DidiNails. I had an appointment with Didi herself!! I am a runner and cyclist and abuse my feet a lot (dry and sometimes I lose nails). I've tried other salons but the difference after a pedicure here is night and day. They feel much softer and clean. I used to really love this place and go all the time but lately it has been going downhill. The quality of the manicures just aren't what they used to be - they are much thicker and more rushed and the people really just aren't as nice. Really sad but will be going elsewhere from now on. read more
