The place was clean, had dim lighting, and was quiet with relaxing music playing and a water feature. We were quickly greeted, asked what services we wanted, and taken back into a room that had 3 massage tables. The lady and gentleman spoke limited speak english but we were able to communicate what was needed to get the job done! They were very polite & professional and there was a younger girl there when we left who does speak english. They started the massage by soaking our feet in warm water while doing a short scalp and arm massage. We were not expecting that at all but it sure was GREAT and put us into immediate relaxation! The rest of the massage was also great and ended with another surprise of back, neck & leg massage! They worked quietly in tandem together the entire time. We will definitely be back to this hidden gem!

This is despite me showing them exactly where the knots were and saying REPEATEDLY I needed deep, hard pressure. Time wasted. Money wasted. Still in tons of pain. Now I have to spend money going someplace else in order to actually get the problem solved. Thanks for wasting my Thanksgiving, doing nothing, and leaving me still in too much pain to cook.

They told me that they exclusively use unscented and/or citrus scented products because they understand that some of their male guests are married and don't want to cause any unwanted trouble 2.) How serious they are about keeping their employees safe from sexual harassment. No happy ending!! (Which is great) 3.) My first visit, they asked me if I was here for relaxation or for treatment. I'd never been asked that before. Depending which you go with, they will adjust the ambience for you. 4.) The ladies are tiny, but strong! The price is extremely good. I've never had an issue with communication, but I will confirm that the employees don't speak much English and they don't really have an appointment system. Every time I've called, they've never asked for my name. Also, they ask you to get completely naked. You can keep your underwear on and they will just work around it.

The massage itself was nice and relaxing, not as deep as I would like but calming nonetheless. Two people did come in after me, they were seated right away but one had to wait for my massage to end before my masseuse could help them. The space was nice and felt clean. The price seemed fair - 30mins reflexology was $30 + a $2 credit card fee. The window says $30/hour but that is not the case.

During my massage, the therapist used both hands to rub from my back all the way down under my…read moreunderwear, making direct contact with my buttocks. After that, he climbed onto the massage table while I was still lying face-down. He placed his knee between my legs, in the area of my vagina, spread my legs apart under the cover, and used his hands to pull my upper body up and bend my back. I did not consent to any of this contact, and it made me extremely uncomfortable. Afterward, he continued the session by massaging my legs. During that portion, he went under the drape from my toes up to my inner thighs, and his hands came very close to my vaginal area. I again felt uncomfortable and told him that my head hurt so he would stop. He then moved to massage my head instead. The incident left me feeling violated, anxious, and deeply uneasy. At no point did I give consent for him to touch under my underwear or to reach that high on my inner thighs. I believe this behavior constitutes a clear violation of professional boundaries. After the incident, I returned to the business and photographed the license posted on the wall. The photo (attached) shows that the therapist's picture appears taped onto the license, and I am concerned the document may not be valid. I have made a report to the Mansfield Police Department about this incident and request that TDLR investigate both the inappropriate physical contact and the possible falsification of a license document.

Let me say this first…read more OMG!!! This was by far one of the best foot massages I've had. My wife and I came here after dinner and wanted to relax. So we chose the 1 hour foot massage. It was a great choice. 60 minutes 30$ When we walked in there were only 3 workers there and one was preoccupied with a customer. The setup is open and there are 2 rows of 3 chairs. The chairs are like beds though not really chairs. The foot soak is standard with a bucket of hot water and then the head massage while your feet soak. I had the male owner, though i cannot remember his name. He has the best pressure for your feet and head massage. I requested super hard on my head and temple massage. I did not experience the body massage but they do have a 60 minute special which is 30/30 foot and body. If you are considering this place for a foot massage I suggest you give them a try

She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! It should be based on the service!) After my last visit, this was a much better experience with Carissa! I will call and specifically book with her again.
