I stopped taking her phone calls because every time she told me something over the phone it was wrong. She instructed title to close and I still had property in the house. I have text messages where I told her not to close because I'm not out of the house. From the recording time I can tell that she told the title company to record. After I instructed her not to do it until I contact her because I had property in the house. Literally she sold my house and the new owners could have came in at that time and kick me out not allowing me to get my stuff out of the house. She has volunteered for so many things. They do a veterans thing. I asked her three times what do you do for the veterans she tells me we do lots of volunteer work what do? you do the volunteer work oh we do lots of volunteer work she goes round and round in circles. Which leads me to believe that she said she helps veterans but she cannot show any proof.

My family (including 2 young boys 4 and 6) are now displaced. Half of our stuff left our home in Oregon to go to the home when we found out about all of the liens. Not to mention she lied to our broker and said WE couldn't perform on the deal. We are houseless, stuff in storage until we find another home, living with family and the house we were supposed to move into sits empty, and was just re-listed for $150k MORE so she can cover the liens. I don't want any other person, family or business to ever have to go through what we went through. No property/home is worth the stress, tears and extreme emotional pain that this company has caused my family.

A family of 7 with a 2 year old child and a 14 year old autistic child were given a 24 hour notice to vacate July 1st after the Federal Law to extend to July 31st. 2021. This family having been misplaced due to loss of employment due to Covid 19. This agent rented this property to this desperate family which had NO running water, NO electricity, and a non working septic tank and insisted on a $1500 deposit. The tenants fixed it up to make it livable as agree upon in lieu of the $1500 deposit and STILL this agent vacated them, leaving them homeless. When they were able to find a means to pick up their belongings 11 days later, Barbara Ramirez had thrown out all of their personal belongings, virtually all they own out to the garbage and found items to be missing. The family of 7 has been on the streets, and now through the help of Red Cross living in a hotel until resources are available to them. B. Ramirez should stripped of her license to conduct property management based on her unethical practices as well as her illegal practices of renting property that is not habitable. However the only people who now have been wronged and discriminated against is the family of 7. I am currently setting up a GOFund account for these people try and help them find permanent shelter.
