I've gotten many compliments on the things I've purchased for myself as well as my family members. Today when I was shopping, I needed help getting some shirts off the high rack. Amanda was working at. Rally House today and was happy to assist me. I was in the dressing room and realized that the jersey I had was too small. I heard Amanda outside of the dressing room and asked if she could look and see if she could find a large larger size. Amanda did and came back quickly. She was super personable and helpful. Another reason I went, it was televised that Kohl's was having a sale. If you spend over $50, you would get $10 off plus 20% off as long as it was not on the exclusion list. The items my husband bought ( 2 under armour tops- not on sale) but he did wean $10 for future use 10/28. I also purchase 3 items totaling over $50 dollars. Long store short Ending total was $58.22. They took $10 off, and my $10 precious coupon and 30% total $14. I saved $84!!!! Doing my happy dance. Upon entering the store on aThursday night at 7:45pm. It was quite and not busy at all. I was able to go shopping without bumping elbows with people or carts running into you or running little kids. I went to the jewelry section. It was well stocked and did not look messy at all. All items that were on sale were clearly labeled. Also there was one female worker stacking and fixing jewelry boxes. The next section I went to was the bedding section. The section was neatly stacked and clearly labeled. This store was already selling Christmas items. The last section I went to was the men's section. That was where my husband was. Like I said previously my husband purchased two items that were not on sale. Yes, it was clearly marked that it was not on sale. There were 2 female employees working, they were putting out new items and fixing the men's section. I did ask one of the ladies question. I asked if all items in the store would be 20% off. She nicely came over to us and explained how the 20% worked. I was very grateful for the explanation and the help. There was also a tall black gentleman, who was also very nice. I mentioned to him, that was trying to get some of my Christmas shopping done. He chuckled and said best to get it done now before the crowd comes in. I will continue to come to this Kohl's. I had a positive experience. The store was clean. Upon checkout at 8:18pm. There was only one cashier. I did not mind, since I was next in line. She was a very pleasant lady, she was not rushed and very kind to both my husband and I. I asked her questions, I just wanted to make sure that i would get 20% off, $10 off and use my $10 coupon. So now I take my daughter who's 13 years old and loves to dress skater/relaxed. I get to live my childhood through her by buying her some cool outfits and shoes. They seem to always have a sale like but 3 things- shorts shirts for $135. The prices are a bit higher than what I usually spend for my daughter but the clothing is good and the brands are even better. They not only have clothing but also have shoes and belts, hats and skateboards. Which my daughter wants next- my daughter wants to customize her own board- which you can do online on their website- and take it in the store to have the stuff put it together. My daughter doesn't know how to skateboard yet, but maybe once she has a board of her own I will take her for lessons- if that's a thing or just take her to a skate park. Overall this store is great. The staff are super helpful and actually spent time with me and my daughter picking g out clothes/ sizes to help us shop.

I made the mistake of ordering shoes here and had to deal with a bunch of crap. Anyway, once I got the shoes I ordered, I noticed they were both completely different sizes! One was a size 8 and one was a size 9! Not to mention I order size 7 and a half. So I called customer service and they said the fastest option would be to trek all the way to my "nearest" store and do an exhange or return in person. No kidding. I could obviously walk 16 miles to my closest store sooner than I'd get a return label, ship them back and wait for a refund! Thanks customer service lady! Upon arriving at the store, I was immediately greeted by this really nice girl that worked there. I wish I caught her name. She was really helpful. Normally you can only get the price of the shoes back from your order. If you had to pay taxes or shipping, too bad. You won't get it back. However, she saw how upset I was over not being able to get another pair of the same shoes due to them being completely sold out (of course), and got me a 100% full refund. After that she helped me find another pair that was similar and would accommodate my work uniform needs, then gave me a ten dollar discount for my troubles. So kind! Of course I suspected after leaving it was only due to the fact the store was going to lose a sale. Oh well. So, don't order online unless you ship them to your local store for you to pickup (the shipping is free that way), or just go to the store and see what you can find.
