When they didn't have them in the store the guy went online to search for them there and we finally found them. They then ordered them from another store and got them in within a week. I did not want to buy them online because I needed to try them on because of how my feet are. I have ankle issues and knee issues. If I wear any shoes besides Hoka one one Bondi series I walk with a limp. Due to how my arches i my feet are and my ankles. When you wear them it's like walking on marshmallows they feel so good. I called them up an asked if they had any in stock. The staff was very nice. They said they had them in 8.5 wide which is really hard to find. I went there an was totally surprised they had a bunch of Hoka Bondi shoes in stock. I could not believe I finally found a store that actually had some in stock. Would definitely recommend this store for shoes. They also have a bicycle repair shop in it.

Both times, the service has been excellent and so I am chalking up my one frustrating experience to just not being on top of their game. In fact, one of those times I went in to fix a flat and instead of selling me a tire, they patched the tire instead and did not even charge me. That is above and beyond what you would expect from a business. I also appreciate the business responding to my previous experience and appreciate that they looked into it. Looking forward to giving them more of my business in the future!

I came in to look at engagement rings. I asked the lady if I could try on a few to find my size and…read moreshe said "we don't do that here" in a really rude snippy voice. (That's a lie, they do it there because they do it everywhere rings are sold) I then asked if I could just try the one on I'm looking at and she said "okay well I have to help the other people her too" (there were two 10 year olds that she was not helping). I will never come here again. What a let down on a special day.

I have never been so let down in my entire lifetime of 21 years of living. My boyfriend came with…read moreme to pick out a watch. There was an original lady at the women's watch section who left as soon as we walked up interested in buying. The next girl was much younger and didn't seem to know much about selling watches. She told us that one particular watch was a women's watch on sale. So, naturally, as anyone would do, we purchased said watch and she didn't know how to fit it on my wrist. Therefore we had to return the next day to get it fitted by someone else. This lady asked my boyfriend to fit the watch for her instead of doing her job - the entire reason she was hired. Anyways, After doing some research, just recently found out this watch is a men's watch, and will no longer wear it. Three people at belk said it was a women's watch. V disappointed in this customer service. Unacceptable.

They don't mind ripping people off, probably not their friends, though. Greedy, rude and unprofessional. No stars, but the one I had to click on to send. I take that star back. They get zero.

I asked for a manager and the manager said there weren't any more there but the price was the one from corporate. This doesn't seem to be fair considering if I went to another register there wouldn't have been any issue about the item and would have gotten it for the price that it scanned up. I don't think this is right of Gabe's especially when I spent a lot of money on this visit. I am seriously considering returning all of what I purchased and not give them any of my money in the future for this type of customer service.
