I love Dick's Sporting Goods! I have been in this store several times in the last few weeks. It appears to be recently open. It is bright, clean and the merchandise organized and well placed. They have just about any athletic brand that you would want - The North Face, Columbia, Nike, Under Armour, etc. They seem reasonably priced and also have a large clearance section. I love how much ladies under armour they have and all of the coordinating colors. I am a big fan! read more

I am new to camping and have been in the process of acquiring gear. I stopped by to look at tents, sleeping bags/pads, kitchen items etc. The problem here is the abysmal selection. Essentially 90% of everything is made by Field and Stream. F&S is not regarded as one of the top brands for camping. Want a cooler or thermos? Great if you want Yeti and nothing else. This limited selection spans all aspects of their camping section. They essentially favor 1-2 brands in each category. They are also listed as a Patagonia retailer. I wanted to check out one of their down jackets. Despite going in winter they had only the cheapest, almost outlet type items from Patagonia. Zero down jackets only weird color fleeces. I contrast this with a store like REI which has all the brands you want ready for you to pick through and try out. Would not come back. read more

My grandkids were at our hotel pool ready to swim but grandma (my beautiful wife) misplaced the swim goggles for my grandson. Not only is he the one with chlorine sensitive eyes but the other two granddaughter's did have their goggles so it was going to be a huge problem. They headed to the pool while I ran out to find a pair of goggles. Dick's to the rescue. I walked around the store but did not see the goggles. A clerk at the front was very helpful and instead of just telling me where they were, actually took the time to walk me to the aisle and showed both the kids and adult selections. My fiancée waited 10-15 minutes for someone to come to unlock one of the rifle scopes off the shelf. We decided to leave the store when no one came even when someone else called for help over the radio. read more

I've been to this location twice in the past month trying to purchase pretty expensive items (GoPro camera and Fitbit), each time being ignored by the staff. It seems as though there is a bunch of young associates in this location who care more about playing amongst themselves then helping your customers. I will take my business elsewhere from now on. read more

Unfortuntally I have nothing nice to say about this store. Was falsely accused of stealing from this store. Well my husband was because he wore a grey coat in the store the other day and somebody left a grey coat in a dressing room which we never entered. They failed to show us leaving the store without his coat. Because he still has his coat. He just wore another coat today. Really. !! We were band from the store. Which we gladly wont be back in. Just wish the 4 other coats and two hats and one pair of nike shoes could be returned but all was Christmas presents except my shoes which I now would like to sell because I really dislike this store and their false accusations. We are not thieves and did not steal one cent from this company. This is a warning !! Could be you next. Would like to add photo of jacket. read more

I went here to buy a bike, I could not get anyone to help me. Several store clerks looked me dead in my eyes and ignored me. I spoke with the manager and she was basically like oh well. Horrible customer service. read more

I really love dicks it's huge they have the biggest balls selection, I am really into balls I play every day. There is nothing like dicks to get all your needs. The sales people are always eggier to help they helped me find my balls. My wife loves dicks as well there is plenty there for her she can't get enough. Thanks guys!l read more
