Met a gentleman named Brian at the counter who adjusted the bow, helped me order new strings (and even told me how to get them cheaper elsewhere), showed me what else I might need/want, and then took me to a space within the store to let me shoot an arrow. He took the time to show me the ins and outs of how to hold the bow, make recommendations, and so on. One of things I want to commend him on is that he always asked if he could touch my body before adjusting my positioning.
