We needed some help, but there was nobody around. We went to the register, the lady admittedly said she didn't j ow how the Tilly hat adjusted. At $95.00, happy to get it, however, he wasn't quite comfortable with how to adjust it. We went back to loo, at others, I showed him another brand, it seemed easier for him to adjust. It was lighter fabric, covered his ears, and he was comfortable with it. We went to purchase it, the line had one register person and was 6 people deep. They finally called others to check people out. This helped. The store is pricey, no help and long wait at 10:45 am on a Wednesday. It offered no value that I couldn't get online next time. We could've easily ordered a few and returned what we didn't like. I love to support retail brick and mortar, but this experience does not provide a reason with no customer Service and a waste of time! The store was clean. That is a plus. Another plus, getting there at 10 a.m. when they open, parking is reasonable.

I live in California where things were crazier until I didn't come to this place and see that it is much worse than California. Stay away from the area and store. No customer service at all. If nothing else be respectful and tell people not to waste their time to come, order online instead.

It is disorganized and you will need help finding whatever it is you came for. I will say that if you are looking for any sort of military item, they likely have it. There is SO MUCH STUFF at this place. The man and woman there were very pleasant. They got me exactly what I needed. Was it overpriced? Yes. But I needed some uniform items THAT DAY and the place is a little Mom and pop run establishment. I don't have qualms about supporting local businesses, especially if they're helpful and have what I need when I need it. If these circumstances don't meet your specific situation, look to Amazon or Walmart. I guarantee you though, this place will have whatever niche item you're looking for, but you won't find it without their help.

I had been in the shop for parts and pricing on fire arms in the past. On my last visit I asked…read moreTodd about CCW training and he told me he was putting together a class soon. I checked the website and signed up and told a neighbor who signed up as well. The class was pretty much an all day deal with the first half being in a classroom setting and the second half on a private range followed by a wrap up session back at the classroom. I really liked that 1) Safety is the number one priority. 2) No one was made to feel "stupid" based on a question asked and 3) at the range, attention was given based on their needs. Everyone was given helpful pointers and advice to improve or correct the handling of their firearm. Todd and his staff know their stuff and take the time to fully explain the the laws and rights of a licensed CCW permit holder. After the wrap up, there were several students who wanted to cover how to break down and clean a firearm, although this is not part of the training Todd stayed and demonstrated the process and answered any additional questions anyone had. If you are on the fence or considering CCW training, don't look any further. This is the place for you!
