Pyramyd Air is an awesome company! I've been doing business with em for at least 10 years & I've never had a bad experience. One Co2 pellet revolver i ordered arrived & the seal for the Co2 cartridge had not been installed. I returned it & they sent me new one right away. They paid returned shipping too. The stuff they sell is great quality. I highly recommend Pyramyd Air. I just placed a new order yesterday. Thanks. read more

Pyramyd air was having a sale for buy 3 get 1 free on ammo. I placed 4 containers of pellets in my cart at $23 each as well as some cleaning pellets at $6 each. It didn't even occur to me that the cleaning pellets could be considered ammo. I noticed that the cleaning pellets were marked to $0 instead of one of the $23 ones after I had already made my purchase. I asked for a refund of the difference in price and they said no. Yes, I should have payed more attention to my cart before checking out, but it was an easy mistake to make when they are categorizing tiny cotton balls as ammo. There is no reason why the company should not refund me partially. I'll be sticking to other airgun websites and local suppliers. I try not to do business with businesses that value $17 over doing the right thing and keeping a customer. Hopefully my $17 mistake can keep someone else from having an equally poor experience. read more

Terrible handling time. But something from them and be prepared to wait an extensively long time for whatever you ordered. Sure to ruin Christmas!! This is why people are moving to sellers like Amazon that actually ship when they say they will. Good forbid you have to start a return read more

I've been dealing with Pyramid Air for about two years and have spent well over four thousand dollars. Aaaagghh! Just thought of that!! (don't tell my wife) So I' figure, there must be a reason I keep coming back, aye? Yes, availability is sometimes a problem, but you can't fault Pyramid for that. Their phone support isn't always all that cool, cuz they're pretty busy, and don't always get back with you like they say. (MOH hasta be the worst on the planet :o) Lately, they've been running a day late on their delivery promises. In fact, one's supposed to be her today "by the end on the day," which I expect will be here tomorrow, but I seriously believe THAT'S a FEDEX'ism going on there. Prices? I occasionally get stuff from other dealers but across the board, (with possibly a rare exception or two) PYRAMID HAS THE BEST PRICES out there, period! So, while you may go "item shopping" elsewhere; there's no real reason to go "price shopping, elsewhere. Stars? FTR, I don't give ~ANYONE~ five stars (cuz there's ALWAYS a faster gun out there somewhere) but I gotta give Pyramid a solid FOUR. Happy customer, here! read more

Pyramyd Air - Great little tricked out Brodax - Guns & Ammo Near Me - Solon, Ohio

It was delivered 3 days to MN after ordering. All the various 14 different tins of pellets were correct and very well packaged. The outside box contained the boxed rifle and pellets and packed with paper dunage. The rifle box was either opened or broke open as the styrofoam was damaged and there were some scratches on the stock. Considering the price of the gun I'm not going to make a claim for it. If this got past Pyramyd receiving inspection then the damage occurred between receiving and shipping as the outside box had no damage. I did make a call to customer service to ask if a signature was required before I received it and at 1pm on a Friday it was picked up on the 4th ring and the woman was pleasant and helpful. read more

I ordered an air CO2 powered air gun. The order went through. I later received a notice that the order was canceled due to the restrictions in my location. I'm not aware of any restrictions but the real problem is that I should not have been allowed to make the purchase. It's easy enough to check my restrictions, if any, and not allow the purchase to be made. It cost me time, aggravation and an insult that was unnecessary. read more

Terrible customer service. I was on hold for 30 min and then the automated prompt telling me there was no one available. I emailed them and they never replied to the email i sent about my issue. The address I put down was right but it was the wrong zip code. So I asked fedex if I could just change my address on the shipment and they told me they couldn't do it because the shipper has restrictions on it. I asked them If they can hold it and again they couldn't do that because the shipper has restrictions on it. I was going back and forth not getting any answers. Shipment still sitting at fedex somewhere read more

Pyramyd Air is a Top Notch First Class company. The folks there are second to none and they were very easy to communicate with they knew what I was looking for and also made some suggestion but best of all they are located in the BuckEye State and they spoke English. :) If your looking for the best prices and quick delivery look no further. I was watching a YouTube video on the product that I wanted to buy and a guy mentioned Pyramyd Air so I checked them out and I'm glad I did. For the same rifle Pyramyd Air was $56 bucks cheaper and they threw in some metal targets as well. read more

This company is complete garbage. They do not have customer service. Will not reply to E mail and Will not take calls. I placed my order on Aug 5. It's still not here even though they stated it would be by aug14. I've called 2x, and emailed 5x without any response. I'm worried that my item will be damaged and I'll get screwed if I have to return it. I will never buy anything from them again for any reason. It would be my best advice to anyone to avoid this company. Their prices aren't any better than their competitors and the lack of service is a total joke. read more

First orders shipped amazing packaging outstanding, then placed a big order, and they basically shoved them in a box with paper stuffing, half the pellets are ruined, and after a week of back and forth emails, they offered me a partial credit of $25, out of at least 50 dollars worth of damaged pellets plus shipping charges lost... Gave them a chance to make it right on there own without me getting heated up. Getting No more business from me. read more

I have waited for 8 days to get info on when a part will be shipped. I have called (no one answers), I have e mailed quite a few times, still no reply. I did get an e mail following my order payment that the shipping is slow due to COVIC 19. Just how long does it take to pic a part from a shelf, put it in a box, address it, them mail it? How hard is it to reply to an e-mail? I guess I will NOT be a return customer. read more

To be very honest with the customer service it depends if you get a representative that is friendly and truly wants to help you or one that just simply hates their job and is rude to you. This is all biblical what we're witnessing and for the end days it's completely normal. read more

I have purchased several air rifles and accessories from Pyramyd and have been pretty happy with their service and staff. I would have given a 5 star rating except for my last purchase an FX air gun. The manual clearly states and has a color photo of a quick connect being included with the purchase, but the rifle came with no quick connect and I was told to take that up with the manufacturer. So the maker sends a rifle to Pyramyd then Pyramyd passes this on to a customer and the customer is told that it is the manufacturer is to blame. But not the people who are forwarding an incomplete product. It just seems to me that this is actually an issue between Pyramyd and FX, that they choose not to deal with. So no 5 star rating. Not surprising though Pyramyd was happy to sell me a quick connect for an extra $10 since I spent over $3000 dollars on just this last purchase alone. read more

order took 3 weeks to ship out because they lost my first package in transit but wouldn't expedite the new order after 2 different people had to explain to me what had even happened to the first order In the first place. Product was as described but service ruined it, not worth the 10$ difference in price. read more

I presently have tree orders placed with Pyramid Air. All of which I have nothing to show for . One was a pre order on 11/25/21, an item that was supposed to be available on 12/9/21. It is still back ordered from the factory. That one I can understand . My second order was on an "in stock" item , ordered on 12/23/21 . Still haven't seen the shipped notice on that one yet. I placed another order for an "in stock "item today with explicit instructions to ship A.S.A.P. . We will see what happens . My patience is growing extremely thin with this company . I am not overly impressed with the way they do business. At this point and from what I have read in customer reviews I may be smart to just cancel all three orders and go elsewhere with my business. TIME WILL TELL AND THE CLOCK IS TICKING. read more

I have ordered several items from Pyramyd Air over the years and overall I am very satisfied with their service. I did notice on recent orders, that the packaging has not been all that great. With the increase in shipping volume, the shipping services (UPS, FEDEX, USPS et al) are very careless in handling packages, thus the packages get pretty beaten up. Pyramyd should look into "hardening" their packing. read more

I've bought 5 air rifles from Pyramydair and had a problem with one of them. I called them, explained the situation, and they took the rifle back without a problem. They even paid for return shipping. Their prices are competitive but where they really shine is when you buy pellets/slugs. Buy 4 and one is free!. So you're only paying for 3! Can't beat that anywhere. I've looked. They're Customer Service is good, but it depends on who you speak with. I've called around 4 times and only had issues with one woman with an ego problem.Tech Support is Very helpful and if they can't fix the issue they will give you the Manufacturers Tech Support Number. In that note, I've had to call Umarex 3 times and each time was worse than the other. Eating chips or something crunchy while on the phone, or after I've explained the dilemma to Umarex Tech support his reply is "I don't know. I'm not the one looking at the Rifle."Rude and a Smart *SS . But anyway, I always buy from Pyramydair and do Highly Recommend them read more

For airgun enthusiasts, Pyramyd Air is a fantastic place to shop. They have exceptional customer service both before and after sales, and the reps are absolutely expert in their advice. Need a new rifle, pistol or scope but can't decide which one would best meet your unique needs? Customer service is there to help with multiple suggestions, and if there's a problem with what you picked after it arrives, it's been my experience that they go out of their way to make it right, or they replace it or refund your money after it's returned. They're incredible: the customer service is some of the best available anywhere. Not only that, but when it comes to pellets, there's simply no better place from which to get them -- they offer a "get four, pay for three" deal that can't be beat (I just ordered twelve tins of H&N pellets and only had to pay for eight) and to top it off, they've developed a method of packaging pellets for shipping that all but guarantees they arrive intact and undamaged. Spend enough to get free shipping (I just bought a new rifle and loaded up on pellets) and even pricey pellets become dirt cheap! Unfortunately, there's one aspect of shopping at Pyramyd Air that isn't so great. Even so, except for how my problem with this policy was handled after being turned over to management, it probably wouldn't be too big a deal for me and might not be for many or even most folks anyway. Here's what happened: my wife bought me a big gift certificate as a present and I ordered lots of goodies. Even though the gift certificate covered the cost of the order completely (with money leftover), when checking out online, I still had to provide Credit Card info to complete the purchase. Even with help from customer service, there was no way around this. I politely asked why it was necessary and eventually my service request ended up being routed to management. When no answer was forthcoming, I reminded them I was waiting... several times in fact, over a period of weeks, but it was no good -- I was totally ignored. Wow. I've since found that the CC number is necessary even if paying some other way entirely (such as through PayPal), so this is an issue now that particularly bothers me. So much so, if I didn't need to stock up on pellets, there have been a few times since that gift certificate purchase that I made it a point to make my purchases elsewhere online and still do. What a shame! Had management simply replied to my request for information, this basically just wouldn't be important to me, but since they chose to ignore me, it's instead a major issue -- enough to cause me to shop elsewhere, when before I absolutely swore by shopping at Pyramyd Air exclusively and recommended them to everyone. Now? I don't. read more
