The staff wasn't too high-pressure and let us take our time to decide what we wanted to do. Even more, they cut us such a killer deal that we couldn't turn it down despite our hesitancy. Since we bought the furniture, I have been satisfied with what we got - no surprises once we got it home. No funky smells, no hidden stains, nothing broken that shouldn't have been. While I always prefer new furniture over used (unless I am dealing with antiques), I think Cort was a good place to buy from.

No offer to look online for the item to see if he could make a sale today. Lo and behold the item is available online. He was informed that the item is available online and only then did he want to make a sale for his store. If your store is or isn't busy take a moment to help the customer and make the sale. I just ordered it online from another retailer.

Bought a reconditioned Henry Miller office chair and unfortunately they did not include the 4…read moremounting screws. I called back after hours, they picked up, and said they'd run it to ground. The next day they called me and said that they found I was correct and that they'd get them in the mail. He made sure that the desk was arranged correction for my new office and that the configuration would fit. They packed the shipment super well and it all arrived without any damage. I had also changed the delivery address to two blocks away and they were able to arrange for that to occur. Michael was also super helpful answering my questions while I tried to set up the desk in my office. These are exactly the people I enjoy doing business with. Well, guess what? Turns out I didn't know that the toner cartridge had to be taken out of the old unit holder, and the new cartridge put in. Chris listened to me, looked over the cartridges, explained to me the numbers, and showed me how to remove the old one, and insert the new one. Amazing. Chris was wonderful.
