I recently decided it was well beyond time to get a couple of per-matted art prints framed and thought it would be a nice option over Michaels. Because the prints looked standard size, I had bought a couple of frames at the craft store, but upon assembly, it turned out they were about half an inch too small, so off to the framers we go! They were so sweet about working with already matted work in store bought frames, and quoted my $20 to trim and frame my pictures, with pickup over the weekend. The pictures were beautifully and thoughtfully framed and I will return for actual custom work in the future, if I ever finish any of my works in process....

The next day they called me and said that they found I was correct and that they'd get them in the mail. I asked to be notified when they were sending them. 3 days later I got a text that they were in the mail. 3 days later I was installing them and the chair works perfectly. I couldn't be happier. These guys are a class act.

I was impressed how profession working with Michael Khodakovsky and how accommodating he was throughout the process. He made sure that the desk was arranged correction for my new office and that the configuration would fit. They packed the shipment super well and it all arrived without any damage. I had also changed the delivery address to two blocks away and they were able to arrange for that to occur. Michael was also super helpful answering my questions while I tried to set up the desk in my office. These are exactly the people I enjoy doing business with. I highly recommend them to others looking to purchase pre-owned high end office furniture!

This time I really lucked out. Wood Trader cut two mats for me on the spot and a piece of glass, and it cost all of $44. It would have cost double that at the big box craft store (yes, Michael's, I'm talking about you). The service and the vibe are great at the Wood Trader, and it is a woman-owned business. The owner's name is Sara, and she is super helpful. I'd give it more stars if it were possible.

I was immediately impressed with their selection of vinyls and blanks including shirts, mugs, masks etc. The prices were fantastic as well! The owners were lovely and took time to answer all of my questions, showing me the difference between the different types of Heat Transfer Vinyl that they offer. As some of the other reviews said, the owner did not wear a mask. The reviews stating that she was unfriendly/unkind, and in my opinion were completely untrue. She was very helpful and kind during our visit. One other thing to note, I did struggle to understand the pricing of their products (the vinyl prices were visible but the blank pricing was not posted). They were eager to assist when I asked questions. My visit to Crafter's Warehouse Superstore was a good experience and I will definitely return soon.
