I tried on many shoes from a very experienced staff member who not only knew a lot about the shoes, but in fact was a seasoned runner himself. After choosing the best shoe for me (which was the same brand i previously got) I asked him to write the specs on a card for me as I was going to check other places for the best option. I also asked for his name so I could return to him for commission reasons, but they do not make commission anyway. However, I really just was going to see if I could find the same pair cheaper elsewhere - the $120 price tag was hard to swallow considering they would probably only last me a year. So, after my due diligence, not only could I not find them cheaper anywhere, but I had a hard time finding them period. I came back bought my shoes with ease. Great customer service each time I have been here coupled with suburb knowledge gives this place the edge.

We…read morecalled the number from where they were ordered from and they told us to go to this location to exchange or return them. We were told that they were in stock and we could try on a different size to make sure they'd fit. Once we got there, there was one other customer infront of us with one person behind the counter. Once the salesman was done helping the other customer he started helping us. We explained to him what the issue was and he was very helpful and polite. However, the shoe was not instock at that location and we weren't offered to try on a pair to make sure we got the correct size. I don't mean to say the salesman didn't do his job, the customer infront of us just kept butting in asking 50 million questions after the salesman was helping us. They did arrive at my home in less than a week and a lucky guess on the new size worked great.

They carry a lot of inventory for both men and women and I didn't have trouble finding anything in my size which was a pleasant surprise. They have a lot of jackets, coats, leggings, fleece, T-shirt's, winter hats, etc. with most of it being upwards of 50% off of suggested retail price when I was there. I've always loved The North Face and their products. I was able to grab a pair of sweats and a light jacket for a fraction of what I would have paid shopping online. This particular store I visited for the first time. They do have lots of clothes. They have sales on their t-shirts, I particularly liked the outdoor styles they have. It would be a nice store to visit if you are looking for Columbia coats, jackets, rain gear, hoodies and t-shirts. I couldn't find a good selection of active wear leggings, pants, hikers etc. My husband couldn't find what he wanted either. So if you are visiting the outlets give it a shot. I do believe in keeping the stores open for business. I will definitely visit again in Spring and see what they have to offer at that time. It could be that we are late on the season and they are making room for the next season.
