I was slowly freezing to death. I called True Value and asked if there was any way possible to bring a space heater to the campground for me as I was already hooked up to water and electricity and had no real way of driving into town. They took my number to check if they could and called me back in five minutes offering to bring the heater to me!! And they did!!! I wish I could remember the nice young man who drove it to me. I will be forever grateful. Service like this should be rewarded and I give them my highest recommendation.

True Value really came through for me today. A couple years ago I had bought a replacement…read morecartridge from them. It started leaking again a few months ago. I went into the store looking to buy another replacement and hopefully get some plumbing opinions and knowledge or tips. As soon as I came in I asked for help and got it. Several employees listened and assisted with my problem. One gentleman suggested using a screw to help remove the current stuck cartridge. Then he found the correct screw and gave it to me for free. He then said that if the cartridge didn't solve the problem, he would refund my money. I also had an issue with a toilet seat I had bought a year or so ago. The screws that held it on had basically shredded and disintegrated. They gave me a brand new toilet seat as a replacement for the defect for free! They went above and beyond my hopes and expectations. I am so proud to have them as a home improvement store in my own town. Thank you True Value for your excellent customer service!
