I walked in, looked at the labels on the aisles, and the staff immediately helped me on what I was looking for! Not even 30 sec into the store and I was being helped! The windshield wiper was coincidently located behind the cash register as well as in aisle 1. It was only $5.50 after tax for a gallon of windshield wiper fluid. Amazon was like $15+. This location seems small with limited selection. Saw 3 different windshield wiper fluid product. There isn't variety in brands. Everything inside is well organized and the items are placed forward most. Good customer support and very affordable.

TOTAL DISASTER!!!! Not from RB area, was visiting for…read morebirthday party. Tire was flat when I came outside needing repair. Talked into replacing all 4 tires by Carlos (not the most friendly person), but did so @ $620.29!!!!! (Highway Robbery!!!) My car is a 2003, therefore, I don't do long distance driving with her. This was a random drive to my friend's house for a party. 1 year later, my tire had a nail, took her to my mechanic and told I needed 2 new tires!! How could they be worn down already!!?? Tires last longer than that, even if you drive long distance often and you're an agressive driver! He told me to contact PB RB, that they should be covered. Called them, they told me to go to location in Covina since that was more my area. I went, they lifted my car and all the guy said was, "yea, you need 2 new tires." Called RB location back (spoke to Pheonix) and told him what happened. He said, well that's on the Covina location then. Asked me if they measured something on the tire. IDK, I wasn't in the bay with them. That's their job to do it and after telling them my situation, they should have done that and put it on paper after showing them my paperwork. They offered nothing but "yea, you need 2 new tires!" and it wasn't going to be free. I had to purchase 2 new tires AGAIN from my mechanic. They have done nothing to help this situation AT ALL. The manager needs to reach out to me and give me a refund, stop deferring and making this an "it's my problem" situation. So I did some research into replacing the battery and found that Advance Auto Parts offers free installation, AND battery registration. You have to register the battery in a timely manner, or your car won't charge your new battery properly and it won't be as good. It's basically telling your car that "hey, you have a new battery at X Ah, take care of it". For my particular car, it's $90+ of gear/software on top of everything else. I went into the store, Esteban was immediately there to help me locate the correct battery and help me install it. Seriously went above and beyond to help me. Btw, while they do installations and stuff, they can't see in the dark. So depending on the time of year, installations can end as early as 4pm. Highly recommend this place for your car needs, especially if you're not confident about battery, wiper, etc... install.

He even suggested that I go to a body shop to have the air intake removed just to replace a simple light. This was honestly ridiculous. After that, I replaced the bulb myself in less than one minute, without removing anything at all. I'm very disappointed by how unqualified and misleading the advice was. Employees should have at least basic knowledge of simple car maintenance, or at the very least not give incorrect recommendations that waste customers' time and money.

Battery was dating 9/25, and always started up perfectly as it should since it's a new battery, perfectly functioning alternator, and no high powered sound system. I had high expectations since the manager helped me. When I picked the battery up after the, "charging" was completed, not only had he failed to do a simple task that's advertised as a free service, he gave me the run around telling me my battery was bad, and I should buy a new one, "but he would charge it and see how it goes". I'm not an idiot, when i plugged it back it it was still completely dead. I have 22 years of experience working on my own cars and have had 4 years of SCCA experience professionally racing. And during my time serving in the US Army, I was in charge of maintenance for one of our Humvee's doing meticulous inspections by the book, which was a cake walk for me. So I ended up ordering a jump pack and it started perfectly fine, and purchased my own external charger as well and surprise-surprise.. I had no issue. O'Reilly needs to higher a competent manager I expected integrity with his position but was met with none. The manager was just trying to up-sale a new battery that I know was perfectly functional. I was expected to be treated with at least a little respect having my disabled veteran credentials to my account but received a condescending round-around in return. Will never return to this O'Reilly again, test your luck in Salvation Army next door to them, you might find a working battery in there, at least you'll be treated with more respect. If you want it done right do it yourself, the manager was completely unethical and incompetent to simply charge a battery, all he did was check it with a voltage meter and kept it in back for 2 days.
