I called and spoke with someone (I presume a receptionist) to inquire about what they could do for us. I left my contact details phone, email etc... I even stated that we estimated our budget for the work to be $50K. As we have never worked with this type of firm before for marketing I also stated that we would be open to their suggestions in terms of budget for an effective campaign. To this I never received a call back. In frustration to find a qualified firm to work with us I also completed a form on their website. Answered all of the questions and added some details about what we were looking for in terms of services from them. Again, never even received an email confirming my form submission , never received an email or phone call to engage in a conversation about the scope of work we needed. I tried completing the contact form on the website a second time with the same results. Clearly this company is not looking for new business. In the end it was a blessing in disguise as we have found a wonderful firm to work with and as a result will be spending close to $100K for our marketing campaign over the next 1.5years.
