It's always worth the trip, even in the rare instances that I don't end up buying or selling anything. I just enjoy being there. I'm mainly looking for ps1-2 games, so that's all I'll really speak on here. They have a solid selection and variety of games for what I'm in the market for. Usually most places only have 5000 copies of old sports games. I can typically walk out of VGT with something nice or rare that I wanted as a kid. Highly recommend supporting this business. If you see something a bit cheaper on eBay or Amazon, just buy it here. Small businesses like this are hard to come by and need the support to stay alive.

We were blown away with their selection or retro gaming and modern gaming as well along with reasonable prices for most items. Lots of Gacha machines, miscellaneous board games, plushies, art, a buying counter along with some of the friendliest staff and service. We were able to get our questions answered about which games would work with our console and left very satisfied with everything. We will definitely be back for more!

This spot is right down the street from me, and I'm really glad it's here. They're always doing…read moresomething -- it's not just a store, it's an actual community hub for collectors, gamers, and fans. They host a wide range of events like cosplay nights, tabletop and card tournaments, and other themed gatherings that keep the place feeling lively and fun. There's always energy in the room, and plenty of vendors and merchandise to browse, no matter what you're into -- cards, collectibles, figures, games, you name it. My only real critique is the space. When it's busy (which it often is during events), it can feel a little cramped. A bigger venue would take this place to the next level. That said, the atmosphere, the variety of vendors, and the consistency of their events more than make up for it. If you're into collectibles, gaming culture, or just want something different to do locally, this place is worth checking out.

If I could do lower stars, I would. First of all, I went for…read morea retro game event that promised retro game vendors, that was an absolute lie. There were 3 booths with older game consoles and games for sale; the rest of the booths had Pokémon cards. Should've labeled the event as Poke cards with a side of random games. Second of all, booth size and closure. Half of the booths were closed. I went on Saturday at 1 pm. The size of the vendors' booths is terrible, so the moment a group of two enters the booth, you won't see a dang thing that you actually want to look at. The exit and entrance are also the same route, so most booths have a terrible bottleneck if you are walking into them. Third, the odor. They had TVs set up for people to play against one another and also play some single-player games. Some of the individuals crowding this area were the most foul-smelling to graze this earth. You would think the last time they showered was when it rained. I can't get mad at the business for this cause it's their clientele, but it did not help the terrible experience in any fashion.

Help yourself with water & flatware, napkins, condiments etc. Very casual. We ordered the shrimp & grits for me, and a burger for the hubby. He loved his burger, very good portions, his side salad was fresh and also good sized. His burger tall, generous ingredients inside - tomato, onions, 2 slices of pickles on top. What's most important was that this burger did not fall apart when biting into it. Especially so difficult to achieve for a tall burger. My grits were good texture, I didn't like that the grits were very salty, something must have gone wrong in the kitchen. The shrimp were also salty on top of that, there were cheese. My entire dish was so salty, I drank 3 tall cups of water and was full halfway through my grits but I didn't want to take it home cos I know I wouldn't finish it when brought home. I hope they fix the level of salt otherwise, I love the consistency and texture - has some bite to the grits.
