Kathryn, these are growing up through the mat you put under the rocks. You said that wouldn't happen. Her reply yesterday the 17th. Hi Lori, I had discussed with you that the bagged rock was full of dirt which is causing this issue. I blew off as much as I could the day of however there was still way too much. This is typical from bagged rock. My best recommendation now would be to remove the rock and throughly rinse the area of all dirt and debris or remove the rock (you can use elsewhere if you'd like), throughly clear all dirt and debris then lay new rock from my vendor. I want to point out that the weeds are coming from above the weedmat from the dirt that came with the rocks. If you move the nearby rocks to the weeds, you'll see that the start of the roots are on top then they're penetrating the mat allowing them to keep growing. I will be happy to come out again. Let me know which option you'd like to go with and I'll send you the estimate. My reply yesterday. No, I have pulled the rocks back, and they are through the mat in several places. Why didn't you rinse it when you put it down there if you knew that was an issue? There was a hose right there. So the mat is not stopping anything and you knew this would happen. So I paid you 2K for nothing other than making it a smaller area with the same issues. That is unacceptable, that I have to come after your work to remove and rinse what you knew to be a problem, and did not take care of. By the way, she said with the industrial mat nothing would come through, that's why she uses it. She only used two bags of new rock, the rest were the original rocks, she did not mention they needed to be rinsed along with all of the existing rock and she didn't do it. From the amount of dirt between the rock and mat it looks like she didn't rinse near enough or at all. Here is her reply. I did rinse it once it was laid and I blew off at high velocity. However it didn't remove all of it. I did let you know the day of about the issue with the dirt in the rocks. The roots are penetrating the mat from above not below. She said I rinsed it once AFTER it was laid, not before. So, the mat and the rocks were not rinsed before she put them back. Thus leaving the dirt in all of the rock she put back. So I still have grass and weeds growing in my new landscaping.

I had hired this company a couple years ago to plant a couple trees and the same thing, no show, no call, I had to call them. The excuse that time was the tree was not available which I had already paid for by the way. Do what you want with this review but it's the honest truth. There are too many good companies out there to have to put up with this crap. Needless to say I'll never call this company ever again for anything.

Alfonso came to our home and we were immediately impressed by his professionalism. He asked lots of questions and he listened. He came back the following week with a landscaping plan that incorporated everything that we asked for and at a reasonable price. Work started about a week later and the guys that did the hard work were impressive, too. They were conscientious and courteous. They cleaned up their work area and stored their equipment each evening before they left. Even our neighbors were impressed. Everything looks great and is exactly like the plan. This was just phase 1--we'll be calling Alfonso in the spring for phase 2!

My usually guys are really backed up so I called premier as an alternative. Premier has worked on 4 houses of mine in the last 6 months. Communication with this company is horrible and "the customer is right" doesn't imply with premier. I have a commercial building in Oak Grove that I'm still waiting on a roof replacement bid. I've reached out to them 4 different times with 4 no call no shows. I recently had their Gutter install walk off the job claiming I needed to have facia replace before he could put on the gutters. Then told premier I canceled not the other way around. Ever other gutter company I've worked with would have replaced the damage and finished the job same day. I'm holding I get my money back. Yes... with premier you have to put half down before they show up. Not the case with most companies. My experience with this company is been really shaky. Tyson is a really nice guy that just doesn't follow though with his promises. Even for a customer that has paid for 62 gutter jobs in the last 5 years. I could only imagine what they would be like for just a "fix my house, my only house" type of customer.

They decided to wait and repair everything at one time when the new shutters came in. There were some ordering issues with the shutters so the job was delayed to the point I was discouraged and decided to move on to another company. After expressing my dissatisfaction, Ben agreed to come out and replace the missing shingles a few days later. I was very concerned with the lack of communication, but really wanted the roof repaired. Updated: Here we are almost 2 months later. My old shutters were removed by Ben so he could take them into the shop and have the correct size ordered. I haven't heard back from them, so I will look at ordering some new shutters from someone else. My roof also leaked from the storm we had on the 4th of July weekend. It could be from new damage, although the storm wasn't very strong. It could also be water damage from leakage when it took over a month to get a few shingles replaced or from shoddy replacement. Regardless, I am going to seek out a professional roofing company to make the new repairs.

But the day before tree removal Kenny said their stump grinder was broken and they couldn't do stump grinding. After removing the tree, he asked if I was comfortable paying for the tree removal part of the job they completed, which I agreed. Kenny said they would follow-up with stump grinding "tomorrow," but it was no-call/no-show. Then it was "next week," then again it was "we're busy with storm damage, first thing next week." I was pushed off for "next week" until after many weeks Kenny no longer responded via text. Glorioso Tree Service completed the work I paid them for, but I was led on for weeks on stump grinding that never happened. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job.

The very next time they mowed my yard, the gate was securely latched when they left - problem solved! Additionally, I was notified after work last night (a Thursday)that my roof installation was rescheduled to the very next Monday. My lawn has been on the Mon-Tues lawn mowing schedule and early this morning, I realized that my lawn mowing needed to be rescheduled around the roof installation. So I messaged Dennis first thing this morning to explain what had happened and ask if they could fit my lawn into the schedule for today or tomorrow (Saturday) prior to my roof installation. I wasn't sure if they could get it done but they did! I arrived home a few minutes ago to a freshly mown lawn and securely latched back gate!
