The project involved coordination between RockTops, Kings Cabinets, and our plumber. Each of them were great to work with. My communication with my sales rep and the install crew was awarding. Then we spent a lot of time "tinkering" with it to make it perfect and she always came up with creative ideas to accomplish what we wanted. Whenever there was a problem on the job site and we needed her, she was always there. Her attention to detail and making sure the house was finished to perfection was outstanding. I wish I could build another house with her! We had such a great experience with Cheri that we decided to use Brick Owens, Landscape Architect from NSPJ for our landscape design. We didn't feel we could tackle it on our own since it was such a big job. He too was easy to work with and came up with great ideas for our different areas to keep them interesting for us all year long. And he let us cherry pick the best ideas from 5 different plans to make one plan that we really liked for a major area. Now that particular area is the show piece of our yard. Really they are both fantastic and both my husband and I had a great experience with them and anyone else we came into contact with at their firm. I enjoyed especially the fact that they were both so personable and easy to exchange ideas with and that in the end, we got both the house and landscape that we dreamed of.

Original onsite inspection and explanation of what to expect was clear and there was no pressure to commit that day or would cost a lot more. Bid received was clear and covered most of everything we needed to know. We made a list of unknowns and called to have them come out and explain the process and answer our concerns in person. This process went as expected. So, we signed the contract and got our start date. The crew showed up every day and cleaned up the site at the end of the day, totally professional. Project was done on time and on budget. Could not be happier. JohnG

I did have to add 2 wooden posts as once the bottoms were dung up were pretty rotten. Guys did a great job cleaning up afterwards laying some seed down and hay over it.

Then when they added the waterfall they forgot to take the extra off of the top so there was a 1/4 inch gap between the waterfall and the cabinets. I would not buy ANYTHING from them EVER AGAIN. 8K and now there are places in the top that have chipped out and now there are pits in the top. I wish I had never stopped the car.

On October 21, I traveled to Midland Marble & Granite's fabrication shop location in Independence…read more I toured their shop, which was well organized. And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.

I can't say enough good things about this company! They came highly recommended by our A/C company,…read moreand now I completely understand why. They were able to come out quickly and performed a thorough inspection to figure out what was causing our issue--all completely free of charge. Even though they determined the problem wasn't something they could fix themselves, they didn't just leave us hanging. Instead, they reached out to one of their trusted contacts, did the research on our behalf, and pointed us toward the best solution. Their team was incredibly kind, responsive, honest, and genuinely focused on helping us, even when there wasn't anything in it for them. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days. The fact that they invested their time and expertise without charging us speaks volumes about the type of company they are. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy insulation company.

Keating was working in our subdivision and we had them do mudjacking for us as a preemptive measure on our fairly flat driveway. Not even 2 months later there is now noticeable settling and cracking.
