I had a ride to pick me up and take me to get a rental car so I spent less than 5 minutes in the drop off process. When my car was complete I was out of town and they were nice enough to keep it until I returned without me paying my deductible sight unseen. Yesterday I picked it up and it looks amazing! The damage was nothing extreme but I am very happy with the repairs they made and the process was very smooth.

Had my 2022 Kia in for a small collision repair. The front bumper and fender needed to be removed…read morefor painting. The paint repair was acceptable. The reassembly of the car was unacceptable. First the headlight was not realigned, when taking back into the collision center I felt very unwelcome. Had to explain what I wanted to the collision employee. That person did not say a word to me just took the car back to fix. After that I noticed more plastic snaps not locked in place correctly. The rubber grommets around the parking sensors were also not aligned correctly. I reached out to the manager on the please review email. This email stated multiple times that all reviews would be read and responded to. I have heard nothing back from Ray Skillman. I was expecting that Kia would have been able to put my Kia back to factory as close as possible. Just another example that once you pay the collision center owes you nothing. Something as small as reassembly will make you lose customers.
