I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. I look forward to seeing what he can do for my husbands car. He has tan interiors and the center console is bad, so we will be scheduling with David for a deeper clean. P.S. Before the automatic wash, two guys gave my car a legit hand scrub (not rushed at all), then after the wash they offered to clean the inside windows and doors--and actually did a great job. I only paid for the basic exterior, but the service felt way above that. Not your typical gas station wash--these guys care. There was a little confusion on pricing at first. My Nextdoor neighbor app friends told me to expect a $45 plus a $5 SUV fee, but was initially told $55 by the owner. However, the final charge ended up being $50 for my SUV, which I appreciated that there was no additional charge since my car is midsized. I also made sure to tip 20% to the guy who washed it. Decided to check them out. Bought the Exclusive Package (4hr job) and they did not honor the promotion of detailing the engine. The exterior and interior were detailed nicely but not the engine. I also had pointed out a stain in the trunk they said they could get out and later saw that my trunk wasn't even touched. But the areas they did touch, they did a clean job. Mind you, the Exclusive Package does not include polishing... it was basically just a nice wash down with some coating. Had I paid attention, I would have gotten a polish (worth around the same price) over this Exclusive Package. Until the next review...
