The receptionists don't greet, nor do they talk to you about next steps etc. she just asked for my I.D and handed me the paperwork to fill out. I had to ask what would be next. It wasn't until I asked the other receptionist to make sure my insurance is covering. they were STILL checking , my scheduled time was for 3:15 and still running my insurance check. Why isn't this something that could have been done prior to me coming? I waited 50 minutes for them to tell me that they've been on the phone with my insurance and they were giving them the runaround... not sure why, this is the 3rd time they've blamed my insurance. I have Blue Cross Blue Shield... I ended up still having to pay $280 out of pocket. They don't provide any itemized receipt just receipt of payment. Janey was my tech. Very nice and accommodating to my injury and comfort. Complete opposite of the receptionists. She made the quality of care nice. I gave them a better rating for her.

The issue was that the lug nuts on the wheel were bolted on so tight from GMC that I couldn't loosen them up with a cross wrench no matter how hard I tried or how much leverage was used. So what do you do? I jumped on Yelp and requested a quote to see how fast I could get this swapped out and Ivan responded literally within minutes. He was at my house within about 40 and had the job done with his impact wrench in about 30 minutes. Super fast - great service - and affordable rate. Okay so you want me to drop off my car at 1pm and wait until 6pm for you to complete an oil change? No thanks. I'll take my business elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't schedule an appointment for an oil change. Only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because they usually at least are kind over the phone but cmon guys you gotta change your policies on allowing customers to schedule oil change appointments.
