If you value your time, look elsewhere…read more I've been a loyal One Medical patient since this location first opened, and for years, it was truly exceptional. Dr. Jones is a fantastic physician--attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about his patients. Unfortunately, the rest of the operation has completely fallen apart over the past year, and the experience no longer reflects the high standard of care that once defined this office. The administrative side has become a mess. On multiple occasions, I've arrived for appointments--lab visits and provider visits alike--only to find that staff weren't even on site. No phone call or text to notify me that the appointment needed to be rescheduled. This has happened three times in six months. Between taking time off work, arranging childcare, and driving across town, it's incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of time. What used to feel like a concierge-level practice now feels like an afterthought. The lack of respect for patients' time and the repeated scheduling failures make it impossible to rely on this office for consistent care. I don't know if it's a management issue or fallout from the Amazon acquisition, but either way, this location no longer delivers the quality or professionalism that patients deserve. **update: you will see response below from OneMedical. This is a perfect example of this going downhill. They have all the info they need - why am I wasting MORE of my time regurgitating it to their email inbox. Just acknowledge that you have fallen apart and fix it. My family is leaving the practice - but maybe you can Do better for future patients. **

I would follow Ann Lacey wherever she practices, she is the best medical professional I trust. She…read moreis thorough, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, which is exactly what anyone would want when it comes to their health. Her nurse assistant, Oscar, is equally outstanding, responsive, professional, and attentive. I have yet to encounter a single staff member who has not treated me with kindness, friendliness, and respect. Although I live in East Mesa, I willingly make the long drive because this level of care and treatment is truly exceptional and well worth it.

Now I am strictly Rebeca Rowen's patient and LOVE HER!!!! One visit I got a random person and instead of him reviewing my chart he decided a lecture was far better. I walked out in tears. What finally caused me to write this review unfortunately has nothing to do with the provider herself, it's the company's process. Today's call to make an appointment ended with asking for my insurance information and reminding me (first time I've heard this) that they do NOT verify insurance, it is my job to do so. WHAT?! Since when did this became their policy? So if you don't fully understand what the comment means, IF YOUR INSURANCE IS OUT OF NETWORK AND YOU DIDNT CAL YOUR INSURANCE TO CHECK YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A BILL that would most likely have been covered or had a higher coverage rate had you gone to an in network Dr. So if this isn't a problem for you make sure you always verify with your insurance because they can be in network for one visit but for a future appointment no longer be in network.

Did I say I called and got an appointment in next day and not wait for eternity. I don't get the point of seeing someone after 3 weeks when you are a PCP. Did not write for useless pain meds, did not recommend useless follow ups with random other specialties which some practices tend to do. What the heck, how could I not give it 5 stars. The waiting area was clean and the front staff very super helpful. Very happy, but hope to never have to go back but would gladly go if needed ! (fingers crossed!)

I have been a patient of Dr Roberts for years. She has been a true comrade in my healthcare. I feel…read morevery fortunate to have her involved in what it takes to navigate sickness and health. She is a guiding light and a wonderful human. She listens, and you can see she truly cares about you. Good follow-up and I am grateful She also cares for family and many friends I have sent her way. She is the type of Dr everyone should have access to. Listening skills are important as they say" A good Dr can diagnose you best, if they listen first" Dr Abby Roberts is that Dr. If you are fortunate enough to get in her group then "Kudos " if not , keep trying. I had a client try to see her over a year ago and she was not taking new patients, she finally got in. She is that good!
