She rescheduled me for the following week. - This Car Service is the one my doctor's office recommended and I've used them in the past with no issues. So this was disappointing because I had to tell the driver I wasn't taking the ride. - So I'm giving 3 stars based on this inconvenience caused by the miscommunication.
