Two half chicken.

Friendly fast sevice. I like my chicken with a good char, but that's ok. No chared skin here. Good tasting and excellent price point. Parking can be troublesome. I had to drop my wife off and wait in the car. Enjoy

W O W... Guys. Stop what you're doing. Check the time. If Diamond's Kitchen is open right now - GO GET YOURSELF SOME HULI HULI CHICKEN! I'd had this place bookmarked for months, and last week I finally made it in. One plate lunch later and... BRUH. Diamond's delivers. That Huli Huli Chicken is packed with flavor - super juicy, smoky, and fully worth both the drive and the wait. We also got a combo with Huli Huli Chicken & Ribs. The ribs were as tender as could be! The flavor, however, was unexpected... tomato sauce and oregano. Quite different for me, tbh. Glad we tried it tho! Cash and cards accepted. There are a few tables under the tent if you want to eat there. Fair warning: you will smell like smoke for the rest of the day lol. Hope you love it! :)

Was just at Big Island trying the huli huli chicken. Diamond Kitchen is the best thus far. Well marinated and smokey flavor while still moist. Service was quick, about 10 mins after ordering. The grill master play Hawaiian ray gay music for the ambiance next to a few picnic tables to sit and eat.

Being from Waipahu, I'm aware there are many hidden gems here and sometimes the best ones are from word of mouth. This being one of them that my brother introduced to me.This is by far the best huli huli chicken I've ever tasted! It is perfectly cooked, fresh not dry and incredibly delicious. I'm an instant fan

Diamond's Kitchen a hidden gem of a Food Truck located in the same strip mall as Elena's, Jack in the Box, and Arby's. Now they're open on Saturdays! Great Hulihuli Chicken. Good flavor very nostalgic taste. Locally owned and operated. Service is friendly and accommodating. Parking available in the private parking lot. Small outdoor dining tables are available. Take out available.

This place is by far the BEST food truck on the island! I lived here for six years in total and I never been here? Shame on me. The cook is so cool and funny and the food is so good. The chicken is super juicy and flavorful and the bbq sticks is so good. The service is second to none and they're so friendly. The ambiance here is outdoors as you smell like a grill after but so worth it. This place taste soo good they need to open a brick and mortar. The calamansi sweet tea is 5/5 and refreshing and the food want more 5/5

I went here to grab lunch today and ordered their Huli Huli chicken plate which comes with corn and rice and a yummy dipping sauce. They give a chicken wing and 2 other large pieces so they don't skimp on portions here! Their Huli Huli chicken is yummy and has a nice smoked flavor. I wanted to try their crab potato salad but they ran out today. If you're craving for Huli Huli chicken, come to this food truck in Waipahu near Arby's!

This chicken is delicious! It doesn't look like much, but don't let this one pass you by. The people are nice, and the chicken is awesome!

We needed our coffee fix and are glad there are some local artisan coffee businesses here. AMBIANCE: Parking: It's in a plaza; the parking there can get busy, but that's generally on the weekends. Seating: There are community tables, maybe about 3-4 tables. Vibes: Welcome to Waipahu, it's not the most flashliest but it's a nice humble area to appreciate the local gems of Hawaii. It's in a plaza with your daily maintenance need shops and a few restaurants. The shop itself is in a pod village (as people from Portland would call it), basically a few kiosks and food trucks. Great place for a quick bite or a grab-and-go. FOOD: Huli Huli Chicken & Lechon Mix (Recommend) Deeeelicious! Some bbqs can be oversmoked, dry and such but this was delightful. Well sauce and the finesse of the chicken was delicious, soft, juicy, and flavorful. The lechon was solid with a nice crunch and good portions of fat and meat. Complement it with a refreshing crab potato salad and you're in for a treat! CUSTOMER SERVICE: Great! Friendly people and quick with the service TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 stars. Good food, fair prices, and a pleasant experience. Many people talk about Roy's huli huli chicken but this a solid delight especially if you're in this area. Best wishes to Rhia and Mark Cabo and the rest of the Diamond's kitchen team. TIPS: * Huli means turn in Hawaii but also evolved as a sauce that mainly consists of pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, and all that other good stuff.

Decided to go back and buy more Huli Huli Chicken. Had a Special for 2-containers chicken $30- it was a lot. One of the best Huli Huli Chicken. Moist and Juicy. Stop by if you're in the Waipahu area. Aloha, Derek

We came here on a whim where we were trying to find our way back to our hotel, and was kinda lost in the area trying to see the local areas in a bus. We tried out their huli huli chicken and it was really good. It was soft, tender, smoky, and pairs well with the sauce. It's a bit salty to eat it alone, and I know that you can order one that has rice and corn, but we weren't that hungry to have a whole meal. It was still rlly good though! The people over there were really nice, and struck a conversation with my family while we were waiting for our food. They also let us sample their kalbi which was so flavorful. I highly suggest this place to try out their chicken!

Sahan L.

Ugh! The best! Tender and juicy. Chicken breast is not my fav part to eat, BUT this time I ate the whole thing! Lesgo It's so good, I was hooked for a whole week. Take my money!

Is this a whole Huli huli chicken?
Gunner G.

When I got home this is what I got. Never even have the wings but they did give one extra drum but that not what I ordered. I ordered a whole chicken.

Where exactly is this place?

If you are familiar with the only Arby's in Waipahu, it's an actual permanent food truck in the parking lot. This location has several businesses as well, Jack and Box, Little Caesar's Pizza, etc.....

Love that they put the spice level beside each item for a heads up the staff here is nice and as they were more flooded with orders than I realized as they do take phone orders it did take a bit for my order. Since I was dining right there among the bench it didn't need to be separated and loved that it was served on a tray along with a side of kimchee yum the ramyun had a soft cooked egg and some carrots a nice and simple snack which gave me much needed boost though as it was basically no different than a bowl of instant noodle this was crazy overpriced and glad that I didn't get the soft tofu which was $13.50 which I didn't need that type of spice in my life. Thank you!

It was sure good to be back, and I am happy for their business to have its own place where customers can sit, not just takeout. They are now located near West Loch station by Mickey D's and Seafood City [the shops West Loch station). I live in Honolulu but it was sure worth it to take the rail to satisfy my sisig craving. I ordered their pork sisig with rice, and it sure was still delish! Pro tip for the business is using calamansi instead of lemon (but still good!). My order seems like it is for just one person but honestly, if you share it with another person, you'd still be satisfied because it is stomach-heavy! If you didn't have much to eat throughout the day, you could easily demolish the sisig dish I ordered. For drinks, they have canned sodas inside for $2.00 but I decided to get some smoothies at Hang's just doors down the place. As the parking spot may fill up, you can always drop a buddy off to pick up some to-go order. I have yet to try some of their other dishes such as their beef pares noodles. Also, service from the cashier was not very friendly when I asked her a question, maybe she was not having a good morning. Idk. Anyways aside from that, everything else was good. Location is easy to get too, lots of convenient parking outside and dining area was very clean and up to date trendy. I do have plans to return to try their beef pares! That looks Ono too. Hope I get a better experience next time. It wasn't that bad of an experience, so I'd still recommend this place to friends and family because their pork sisig was delicious! The chicken inasal was more on the huli huli side & was served with Filipino dipping sauce. They also offer free sabaw with your meal. Ordering was a little complicating, they have a menu outside with food and also more food inside. The bbq items were cooked by order and the inside food had more of the Filipino dishes like (adobo).
