The Service was set up easily, arrival exactly on time and pricing was reasonable. I found Mr. Alexander to be totally proficient, hard working, polite and honest. I had used his company several months back for slow drains. Service then, was performed by Tech, B.J. Work was also done timely, politely and efficiently. B. J. was hard working and diligent to resolve issues that evening. I, without hesitation recommend Alexander Plumbing, Pass Christian, Ms.

During replacing my furnace, he decided it was best to move my coil. Upon doing so, he spliced wires leaving connections with wire nuts open and across the attic and poorly sealed my hvac system. The system worked, so I never said anything. I got a quote from him for a minisplit in the garage. After the initial quote and him telling me he was going to have it in next week, he never responded to my call or texts after that. I later began to have issues with the AC. He would not respond to calls or texts. I contacted another ac company who came out and took a look. They hinted at the poor work and install that was performed and stated they would not come behind his work to fix his work. I began to reach back out to kats kooling. After multiple calls and texts, I finally got him on the phone. He is polite on the phone, as was I. He said he would come that evening. Of course, he did not show up. I called and text many times throughout the day the next day. He never responded. Do not expect validity with any warranty, follow up on his work or issues with his work, or customer service after he leaves.

Facebook:…read more I had an excellent experience with Ward Heating and Air Conditioning in Biloxi, MS. From start to finish, they went above and beyond with their customer service. They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. Mr. Kenny also took the time to point out other issues that needed attention -- things I would have never known about -- and gave me great pricing on those as well. It's rare to find a company that is both knowledgeable and genuinely looking out for the customer's best interest. If you're in the Biloxi area and need HVAC work done, I highly recommend Ward Heating and Air Conditioning. Professional, fair, and trustworthy!

Zack, the owner, performed a doorbell fix at one of my rentals without disclosing pricing details upfront and without us agreeing to the service. The total was $428, which included previously undisclosed Saturday, diagnostic, and installation fees, plus tax. An invoice was only provided AFTER the job, and no signed agreement was in place. Following the work, there were issues involving my tenant that required police involvement. This situation has been ongoing and stressful for both my tenant and me. I recommend confirming all costs and terms in writing before hiring this company. Added all correspondence with the owner for transparency. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

He did quote me the price ahead of the work, but in my impatience to get it done didn't think about it enough. $264 (including tax) seems too high for a one-hour shutoff valve replacement. But at least he did say that if anything goes wrong with it within a year he'd come back and fix it for free.
