One year ago I went on the FB page " Gotta guy in South Florida" I asked for recommendations for fixing my patio screens and enclosure. Diamond Screen and the owner Steve came up several times!! I did my own research and by far this company was my one to call. Steve responded right away, was very nice and professional when talking to him. This company was very accommodating to my schedule. I live in a HOA development so he needed to do work around the schedule of the roofers with my HOA. I notified Steve. ( who if he doesnt answer phone right away, his text back comes before your done leaving a message). Always!!! Any time of the day he made sure he fit me in to finish the work. Diamond did such an awesome job, my neighbor across the street came over and asked for all of his info. I had the pleasure of meeting his two son's who are just as professional and nice as their dad. I had an " issue" with some leaking from a beam that I paid another contractor to fix previously. Without hesitation. Steve and his son came right over to fix. I was so thankful. I paid a contractor a lot of money. That contractor knew of the issue, I kept tracking him down. He didn't care. I was so thankful for Steve and his company. Nowadays you have to appreciate a company that has good work ethics , experience, and understanding. Diamond tops the list! I will recommend this company to anyone who asks. It is 1 year later since I met Steve and have been working with Diamond. He has never failed me. Still calls or answers text before I can hang up, still shows up immediately when needed. I have had to use his company many times this year. For reasons such as putting a new roof up. I needed screams, gutters all removed. Then replaced when roof was done. The professionalism, pricing and work goes above and beyond. He is truly one of a kind. He cares about his customers and making sure they are happy. I am so thankful I found this company. I recommend them to everyone. You just don't find good, honest, professional companies like Diamond. I noticed yesterday in a rain storm it seemed like a waterfall outside my front door. I took a video and pictures. He was at my house within minutes. He knew exactly what the issue was. Next thing I know he is on my roof, fixing the problem which was left by the roofers!!! We absolutely love our beautiful new enclosure. From beginning to end Steve was prompt, responsive, efficient and just delightful to work with. Our structure has added so much space and beauty to our home and there have been no problems with it all. We have a little one and because of that, safety was a concern for us. To be honest it is the strongest part of the house! We love our impact windows and double door he put in for us. Our "patio" is now a functional part of our home and is no longer just a patio, it's our family room! We spend most of the time there and couldn't be happier. His design is brilliant. His pricing is honest, reasonable and beyond fair. The crew was friendly and on time. This is by far one of the best investments we have made in our home. We are grateful to Steve for making the entire process easy and pleasant. On several occasions he has returned to our home because we have been interested in adding to our structure and putting in a pool, etc., and without needing to, he checked our structure to make sure everything was ok. He did not have to do that, but he went the extra mile. When I have contacted him he answers within the hour without fail. I can't say enough about it! This company had been around for along time and has a well deserved record of dependable workmanship I was just looking for Steve at Diamond Screen to hire then again when I saw this post and had to add mine. Diamond Screen has done several jobs for me in the past both at my residence and at my rentals. From small repairs (such as Screen doors ) to larger ones on two remodels of backyards with a pool and Screen enclosures. I was always keep up to date on the progress and couldn't have asked for better service. They keep me informed, send photo updates and reliable time schedules. As for payments , I found them very reasonable. They even worked with me on an occasion when I had to wait for rental funds to come in I didn't mean for this to be so long but the post I saw was Absolutely nothing like my experiences with this company. Our patio roof was in very bad shape. It was leaking and the roof was caving in. We reached out to Diamond Screen repair. Steve came right out to see the roof; he was friendly and very honest. He gave us a quote the same day. Within a couple days the crew came out removed the old roof and replaced it with a new one. They worked quickly and very efficiently. They left our patio cleaner than it was originally. Steve even came back to check and make sure that we were happy with the work. The Diamond team is just excellent, honest and professional. We called Diamond to get a bid on repair on our back patio screen. They came out the next morning! The owner was very honest & thorough, and was very friendly. They replaced several screens in our enclosure; repaved the entire area, including new drainage, which in part was caving in due to improper settlement; and re- surfaced actual pool with diamond- brite. We hired Steve. Late February 2019. Ever since the enclosure was completed. We've had leaks after leaks. He has added caulking and tape. It's not solving our problems. I've asked him to do the right thing and rebuilt. Steve of diamond screens replied NO! read more
