I called several companies specializing in junk removal and was disappointed in the responses. Many of them were out of town call centers with no idea where Plano Tx is located. One call to Chris Lopez SOLVED everything. He asked me to take a picture and with in minutes he gave me a bid. We agreed on a date and scheduled clean out. Amyri and crew called 30 minutes prior to arrival. They performed professionally and swept it clean too. This is a family owned business and do exactly as promised. Avoid a headache and call Chris at Haul it Off Lopez first . Great company and people!

I've become quite pessimistic of finding good help from my many years of being let down again and again by companies that either no call/ no show or do shoddy work. Let me tell you, this company completely renewed my faith that there are still good employees out there that take pride in their work! These guys arrived exactly when they said they would and got to it. There was a lot to clear out in 106 degree weather. It was going to be a long day. The team of 2 were in a great mood for the entire duration. They were professional and very respectful of the home. If they didn't know what we wanted done with something-they asked for clarification. They didn't just start trashing the place. I love hard workers that seem to enjoy their jobs, and these guys definitely did. We actually had a really good time while dripping wet from working outdoors. They communicated each time they were going to make a run to the dump, they informed me of any extra charges, and they were up front about everything from start to finish. I have to say, on a scale of 1 to 10, these guys were a perfect 10. They turned a long, hard day into a fun workout. The home was perfectly cleaned out at the end, and it took much less time than I ever anticipated. I really want to emphasize how amazing Bryson and Cole were because it's not often that you run into such hard workers with great demeanors. If everyone had employees like these 2 guys, the world would be a great place. Thank you guys for all your hard work. It definitely does not go unnoticed. You rock!

I have to share with all my fellow Yelper's the GREAT experience that I had yesterday using this…read morecompany ! I am remodeling a home I own in Plano, Texas to put on the market, and have been doing extensive demo work on it creating a lot of construction debris. I had originally intended to have a 30 yard " roll off " construction dumpster put in my driveway, but the company that the City of Plano has a contract with determined by a "site inspection" that they would not be able to get it down the alley & turned into the driveway. They told me my ONLY option was to get a permit from the City to allow them to drop it on the street in front of my house, but that I could only keep it for 5 days ! Ever try to completely remodel a home in 5 days ? I told that company that I would make " other arrangements " and they were borderline snippy & rude about it ! My contractor told me about Junk King & said he had used them before with good results, so I gave them a call. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and told me that she actually had a crew & truck not far from my location that was almost empty at the moment. She said they could come by in about an hour & give me an estimate on the debris pile I had accumulated in the homes two car garage. The guys ( Bill & Richard ) showed up on time, looking sharp in company uniforms, a new and clean looking dump truck and were extremely polite and professional. They quoted me a reasonable price for the extensive assortment of construction materials that we had piled up and said they could take it immediately if I liked. I approved the estimate, and they went to work on that pile with enthusiasm ! I can't compliment these employees enough about the great attitude that they maintained throughout the clean out process. They are friendly and obviously proud of the company that they work for, explaining the Eco Friendly philosophy of the management that tries to recycle as much material as possible. Consider that these guys were working in a hot garage loading about 2,000 sq. ft.of old carpeting and carpet padding, two bathtubs, old sheetrock, wallpapering, bathroom sinks & vanities, etc. and with the outside temperature in the high 90's ! Nevertheless, their positive " Can Do " attitude never changed and they had it all loaded up on the truck amazingly fast. They then proceeded to sweep out the entire garage as well as the driveway, picking up every trace of any debris ! I am very pleased to recommend Junk King to anyone needing to have almost any kind of junk/trash removed from their property at a reasonable price. This company exhibits the kind of spirit in it's employees that you wish ALL companies had these days. The Junk King employees were hard working, polite, friendly, experienced and informative. I will definitely be using them again in the near future, when the home remodel project is completed. It is my understanding that the company has numerous locations/franchises and serves many areas of Texas.
