I cannot say enough great things about Diamond Guy Hawaii! From start to finish, my experience was beyond exceptional. The team greeted me with aloha and professionalism, and walked me through the whole process. I was looking for an engagement ring and they were able to bring my vision to life better than I could've imagined. The craftsmanship is flawless without having to pay designer prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

1.29 carat The diamond guy took such great care of us. We asked for a matte gold finish on the band which he nailed perfectly. He also helped us choose the size and gave us input on what he thought would look best! He gave us a very fair price for exactly what we wanted down to the last detail, and it came out perfectly! Thank you for your service, Diamond Guy! We love it!

I was introduced to Moshe, Erin and his amazing team by a close friend a couple months ago. I am beyond grateful to have met these exceptional people. From the moment I walked in I was treated like family. All I had was couple pictures on my phone of rings that my girlfriend liked. Moshe and his team showed me many different examples of how they could design the same ring. I was soo impressed!! The meticulous art and craft of making the ring is incredible! Especially the amount expert knowledge you have to have. I had a short timeline for when I was thinking about proposing. Due to my girlfriend being a full time student and not having many breaks in her schedule. Moshe and Erin reassured me they could make it happen! Once the ring was ready, I planned a last min 2 day trip and hopped over to Kauai. With the help of my friends I proposed at Queens bath. The ring is absolutely incredible!!! Definitely one of the best days of my life and my fiancés reaction was priceless. From start to finish Moshe, Erin and the team exceeded all expectations!! They're family and I couldn't be happier. Every fairytale wedding begins with the perfect engagement ring. If you're searching for that perfect ring that every bride-to-be dreams about, you better go see the Diamond Guy. This journey has been such an amazing ride. Where do I even start? I guess I'll start from the beginning. After getting an idea of what my girlfriend Katie (now wife) wanted for an engagement ring. I found Moshe and his amazing team (shout out to Ms Erin! She gives the best hugs!) after an extensive search of hundreds of reviews on Yelp and google. I decided to shoot them an email. Ms Erin quickly responded and made an appointment for a consult that week. From the moment we walked in Ms Erin enthusiastically greeted us and made us feel like we were family. Once we sat down with Moshe, we discussed the idea of what Katie wanted and the budget I had in mind and the timeframe we needed it by. He showed us a few beautiful stones and a model of the ring she wanted (Style: yellow gold "Hope" model ring an under halo). Based off my budget I was expecting to go no higher than a 1.2-1.5 carat center stone. Coincidentally, the prototype model that he had in stock was exactly what she was looking for, but it happened to be 2 carats. After some discussion on possible stones and settings, he offered me an amazing deal on the prototype model. At first I was a little hesitant because it was slightly above my budget. However, Moshe was super chill and knew it was a big decision so we just talked a bit about our life stories, which put me at ease. After giving it some thought, I remembered Katie telling me before that she never wanted an upgrade because she wanted to keep the ring I proposed with for the rest of her life, and so I decided to go with that ring. Since the ring was already in stock, rather than waiting the 6-8 weeks for a custom build, we only had to wait 2 weeks for the resize and engraving. It definitely worked out to my benefit. Two weeks later I got an email stating that the ring was ready, and I went to pick it up a few days later. The engraving turned out great and man I have to tell you... that ring was burning a hole in my pocket. Fast forward to November 11th, 2021. Katie wanted to go on a hike up Koko Head at sunrise, so I thought it would be the perfect moment to pop the question. I had a few coworkers who she'd never met before hike up there before us to take pictures for us. The morning started off a little cloudy but by the time we got to the top it had cleared up just in time for the perfect sunrise. A few minutes after the sun came up I asked her if she wanted to take a selfie, which was the signal for my coworker to come up and offer to take the picture for us. Right as we were getting ready to pose for a picture I dropped to one knee and asked her to be my forever girl, and SHE SAID YES!! I couldn't have pictured a better moment, they got the whole thing on video. I wish I could post it but Yelp doesn't support video uploads. But if you want to see it it's posted on his IG @diamondguy808 ;) Two weeks later we came back in to discuss wedding bands, and we placed our orders. I got Katie a band that matched her ring, and Katie got me Diamond Guy's Signature mens band the "Christiansen" hammered finish in platinum. Funny thing was that mine turned out to be more expensive than hers lol. After a few weeks, I went to pick them up and man did he make some bangers. Our big day was a month later on 12/22/21. We had the picture perfect wedding on Makapu'u Beach. Again the forecast was rain, but once we got there prior to sunrise the sky opened up and the sun came out. It's like the heavens wanted us to have a beautiful wedding. We exchanged our vows and our rings as the sun rose, it was perfect. A few months went by, and I noticed one of the small diamonds on Katie's under halo fell out. So I reached out to Moshe and he said that he'd take care of it. I dropped it off and about 10 days later he hit me up saying that the repair didn't come out to his standard and so he'd redo the whole thing. That spoke volumes to me as a man, he stood by his craft and if it didn't meet his standards then it doesn't leave his shop. A few weeks later he shot me a message that it was ready, and I went to pick it up. It turned out even better than the first time. I came home early with some flowers in hand and surprised my wife and got down on one knee and asked her to be mine forever again. Needless to say she was super happy and surprised with it and the flowers. If you've made it this far, thank you for taking the journey with me sharing my story. Again I can't thank Moshe and Ms Erin enough. They truly went above and beyond in both service and hospitality from start to finish. I know that if I'm going to get anything jewelry related I'm definitely going to hit them up, and you should too!! Thanks again for everything Diamond Guy!!

Moshe is extremely nice and informative. It was a pleasure to be taught the different grade of diamonds. He was extremely helpful and very welcoming. I will be a customer of his for many years to come. Thank you for everything!!

Bottom band is my band from wedding ring shop that he took in and restored. Top is the ring Moshe made for me.

The Diamond guy - aka Moshe. Tall, bald guy - his IG might make you think he's a mafia guy but man does this guy have such a big heart. I emailed DGH and someone from his staff (Ms. Kim) replied and was very personable! The staff and the office were very accommodating as we had to bring our 11month old with us. Overall the consultation appt consisted of what I wanted in my ring. Come prepared to show your ideas and thoughts so he can better understand what you want. Moshe works super well with your budget. He understood that we wanted to stay below 10K but of course the lower the better. Originally we wanted to alter my original ring but with the way it was crafted Moshe advised us that it would be cheaper to make a whole new ring. He gave us the the insight that most people often know - if you buy a 0.97 or 0.98 it often cheaper than going with a 1K - he wanted to make sure we stayed in our budget. With the ring I wanted we were well under our budget! Which was great! After the appt, I asked Moshe to send me a rough draft before he started working on the actual products which he did a few weeks after! I'm not sure if we lucked out, but Moshe was so kind and generous that he designed my ring with a beautiful 1.02K instead of the smaller size that we opted for due to budget. Not only did he do that, but he also offered to restore my wedding band and engagement ring that we bought from the wedding ring shop. It took a while 6 weeks I think, or 8 to get everything back, But it was worth it. When we went to pick up, we had to bring my daughter a long and guess what? Moshe, the kind and generous guy he is, gifted her a beautiful jade bracelet! This guy is really a family guy. For the two visits we had, he seemed to enjoy our daughters presence and talked about his family with us as well. In the end, my original rings were beautiful and sparkly, and my NEW ring from Moshe was just stunning. Moshe made sure I enrolled with jewelry insurance just in case anything happened too! Thank you so so much DGH and staff! I will say for those interested that you should figure out how you'll be paying because unlike big jewelry chains, there was no option of financing with them. Reach out, it never hurts too!

    Thank you Diamond Guy!!

I had been following Diamond Guy aka Moshe on instagram for awhile. His feed alone will make you want a diamond specifcially from Diamond Guy!! But to be honest, I was a little hesitant as I thought the diamond rings would be way out of our price range. My fiance and I had openly discussed our plans to get engaged a couple years prior (I am the type that needs to know there's a plan lol). So of course I had been doing my research on several different places.. however, I would always come back to Diamond Guy and think how I would love to have a diamond from there. Well my dreams came true and my fiance proposed to me with the perfect round cut diamond engagement ring on our 5 year anniversary! I couldn't have been happier. I went in with my fiance before all this to meet Moshe and discuss what we were looking for as my fiance knows how picky I am lol. So yes, I knew what kind of diamond I was getting (just didn't know when my fiance would propose). Let me just say, Moshe was so accommodating and made the whole process easy and simple. He also put all my worries aside as I was contemplating whether to go with a smaller diamond to fit our price range since I wanted diamonds around the band as well. But he recommended going with a bigger diamond and that I can always change the setting later. Made total sense! Don't know what I was stressing over but Moshe put me at ease. My fiance ended up surprising me and going with a diamond bigger than what we had planned for. It was definitely a nice way to end 2020! I am sooo thankful for Moshe and his staff for the great customer service, easy process and helping us pick the perfect diamond ring. I am recommending all my girlfriends to him!!

LONG overdue review. First off, I have earrings from Moshe and won earrings for my sister in one of his giveaways. I left a review on his other business for those (Hawaii Estate and Jewelry Buyers). Great service and all around guy! I have been following him on insta for forever and have always admired the rings. I have a black diamond engagement ring from my husband (Sex and the City inspired) for 10 years but have been eyeing many of the rings that Moshe has created over the years. I would send "hints" to my husband on instagram (in the form of messaging him the rings I loved from the diamondguy808 instagram). He took the hint and surprised me with the most stunning ring for our anniversary last year. I was in total shock. First of all, I never thought I would get another ring and second - it is hands down the most stunning ring I've ever seen. It actually was not one of the rings I was hinting but I LOVE that he chose this one himself and surprised me with it. He had my 2 sons present it to me on our anniversary and it was so special. Moshe nails it every time. I still love looking through his posts and stories and seeing all of the rings/jewelry he creates.

My fiancée wanted a very specific style of ring that was not common. I ordered the a teal sapphire from Sri Lanka and the Diamond Guy crafted the ring according to the design styles that my fiancée shared. I was a bit nervous considering the cost of having a custom made ring. It turned our better than we imagined. The Diamond guy really showed his experience and aesthetic in helping guiding us through the process. My fiancée is still gushing about the ring weeks later. She says it fits here perfectly, which was not an easy ask. I would totally recommend the Diamond Guy to anyone looking for high quality bespoke Jewelry.

Finally got around to writing this review. I've hesitated writing this is because I was afraid I could not find the right words to do justice for Moshe's work but I'm going to give it a shot. First off, meeting Moshe for the first time was a bit intimidating. Face to face Moshe emits this 'Mafia Boss' aura so I knew right away that this man meant business and is an expert in what he does. In this case, it's making art in the form of diamond rings. I made my first appointment with Moshe back in February. I showed him examples of the style of engagement ring my girl would want, her ring size, the price range I was aiming for, and if it was possible to get it done before April. Fast forward a month later and I got a text from him saying the ring is ready for pick up. Picked it up and he met all of my expectations. The ring was beautiful and I knew my girl would instantly love it. Due to the pandemic my original plan to propose in April fell-short so I had to think of a plan B. Fast forward to July and I now have a fiancé. She said yes to me so I'm guessing she really loved the ring lol. The ring turned out to be a half size too small for her finger so I scheduled an appointment to see if Moshe could resize and possibly get a thinner band for it. A few weeks later, I get the call to pick it up and Moshe nailed it yet again, the ring fit her finger perfectly. And on top of that, he did this all for us free of charge! This man is a saint and a scholar. All in all. Excellent service from Moshe and his staff. If you are planning to propose to your girlfriend/boyfriend soon, look no further and hit up Moshe, Mr. Diamond Guy Hawaii himself. And give your special someone the beautiful ring that they truly deserve. 10/10. Will definitely recommend.

Diamond guy 808 (Moshe) did it again!!! 9 years ago my husband purchased my engagement/wedding ring set from Moshe. It was everything I wanted and more. (I made a review) Fast forward to now, my husband wanted to me something special. We decided to check out diamond guy 808 shop. Once again, he didn't disappoint. I ended up walking away with a beautiful limited edition Rolex. I'm extremely happy we came back. He's honest, friendly and very loyal to his customers. We will definitely be back .....

She said Yes! Highly recommended professional jeweler, staff, and customer service. Moshe and his team ensured a smooth and worry free engagement ring purchasing experience. My fiancé is very active and I needed a ring that could endure her lifestyle. The Kukio Signature setting was the perfect match. Moshe customized the profile and the result was truly breathtaking. The proposal was a complete surprise and the initial ring size a little small. DGH adjusted the ring immediately and she was ready to see the family. Many Mahalos to Moshe and the Diamond Guy Hawaii O'hana.
