This review is extremely long overdue. And by "overdue", I mean that I'm late by almost two years. I've been feeling so bad that it's taken me such a long time to post a review for Moshe, his team and his business. But, I didn't want to just upload a few lines, as that wouldn't do this man and his work justice. I've been a follower of Moshe on Instagram since 2017. Many of my friends and acquaintances were clients of his or were hoping to be future clients in the future (i.e. engagement rings). At the time, I wasn't in the market to buy any jewelry at all. I was actually on-the-hunt to find someone who'd be our "family jeweler". I didn't know how to introduce Moshe to my mom. First, he didn't know I existed and my mom would think I'm crazy (and quite possibly stupid) for wanting to trust her jewelry with some random jeweler I "fOuNd On ThE iNtErNeT". But, as it turns out, he wasn't some random jeweler. In 2019, the perfect opportunity to introduce them presented itself rather organically. I got a notification on IG that Moshe had uploaded a new post. I clicked on it and saw a picture of a stunning vintage piece. Moshe didn't even mention that it was available for sale. But, I knew it would be absolutely perfect for my mom. I immediately messaged him about the piece and he was prompt in his responses. We set up our first meeting. At that first appointment, he showed the piece to me, let me take photos/videos of it (to show my mom) and let me put down a deposit to put the item "on-hold". He was super patient throughout the whole process and his staff were also amazing. It took a bit of convincing to get my mom to her initial appointment, but Moshe's kindness, knowledge and expertise won, not only my mom, but also my dad completely over. The entire transaction process went through seamlessly and successfully. And my mom was beyond thrilled with this newly purchased piece (and is still in love with it to this day). Some people are all "talk" and can be nice when you're purchasing something from/with them. We've only made that one-time purchase from Moshe and to this day, he'll text or DM me from time-to-time, asking me how my family and I are doing. He really embodies the "aloha spirit" and truly treats his clients like ohana. If there was something my mom mentioned in passing back in 2019, he'll text me about it a year later, letting us know that he got one in his possession and if we were still interested in the item. This is the kind of customer service and attention to detail, I'm talking about. When I asked him why he's so good to us when we only made that one purchase with him, he genuinely replied, "One purchase leads to thousands". Amazing. I can go on and on about what I think sets Moshe apart from other jewelers (based on what we've experienced in the past with others). The bottom line is that Moshe is: ethical, genuine, honest and kind. He cares about people and spends a lot of his time in his appointments asking about the client. He wants to know your "story", so that he can help you find/create whatever it is that you need. Client satisfaction, privacy and everything he puts his name on is so important to him, that he always approaches everything with the utmost sensitivity and care. When I first met him, I was struck by the balance between his confidence and down-to-earth persona. We have another appointment to meet with Moshe and his team later today. My mom and I both, will be working with him on some exciting upcoming projects. He's the only one we'd trust with redesigning/resetting family heirlooms, purchasing of vintage pieces from and any type of new custom design work. Moshe really is able to do it all. MOSHE IS THE MAN! This review is LONGGGGGGG overdue. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Moshe last year. I had some unwanted jewelry to sell - a few diamond rings and other pieces that I just don't wear anymore. Nothing super ahhh-mazing. I found Moshe on Yelp - and, I'm glad that I did. He's soo incredibly nice! I absolutely love and appreciate his philosophy of no matter the amount, the customer is always important. Moshe goes above and beyond this philosophy. Moshe is super patient and knowledgeable - and, most important - HONEST! He not only told me that I should try sell my rings on ebay, but he also took the time to explain how I can best go about doing it. For a process that could've only taken 15 minutes, I ended up talking story with Moshe for about 30-45 minutes. He is so friendly! I also found out that he does appraisals. I ended up selling a few pieces to Moshe. He cut the check right there. I went to the bank and cashed it without problems. Extremely happy with my engagement ring setting, Chanel eternity wedding band and my fiancé's wedding band. I had a vision for our set and I had worked with another jeweler at a very reputable store in Denver CO, but the whole process was unsatisfactorily. I gave up with that jewelry ( who I never actually met only worked with through his assistant) and moved to Hawaii thinking I will never have the set I imagine. Great service and moshe is committed to making your ring perfect. He designed my ring and made sure everything I wanted exceeded what I imagined. When I wanted a few things tweaked he went above and beyond and redid my entire ring. And when i saw my ring again I nearly melted...it was sooooo beautiful!!!! These pictures don't capture how beautiful my ring is. It sparkles everywhere!!! Words can't describe how happy I feel and I feel soooo proud of my rocks!!! Originally I wanted a harry Winston ring, and Moshe designed a ring that was similar to the one I wanted at Harry Winston, but his design was wayyyy better and much cheaper! He's the best.
