I would not buy anything from this company. We bought a mattress from them about three weeks ago…read more We were told the mattress was dirty on the corner because it was dropped, but were told it was fine and they would give us a discount because it was dirty. So we paid $400 plus tax for it. Now the entire side is protruding out from the corner, causing a hole on that side of the mattress. We asked them if they would exchange it and we would even take a less expensive one for it. First they completely ignored us and then they told us no they could not. So we are out the money and have a defective mattress that is causing a lot of back pain.

The lines are always long now, there is never enough staff, they are trying but particularly in a hurry. It was so much faster with the kiosk and rarely a line. The gas station micromanagement with the cones has caused lines all the way to the street almost every day. Everyone was hoping you'd figure it out and put it back where we decided where we wanted to go. People are naturally more efficient and use common sense, your way is slow and wasteful. I recently was in a Sam's in another state and was shocked at the difference, nicer facilities, clean restrooms, no micromanagement of the gas lines and no congestion. The store was nearer, cleaner, more like a Cisco with better presentation. I didn't realize it's just ours that's unkept, messy and unattractive.

Overall, great store and I highly recommend buying your groceries here.

Another Costco Review!…read more Stopped by the Tulsa Memorial store because we didn't have time to go to the the north location and it's worse now than ever before... this store is a dei hire on steroids. They have clearly taken Costco's dei policy to extreme. The employees I'm referring to are the ones operating the registers and pre scan. There are still a few individuals employed at the Memorial location, mostly working the desk, who are courteous and professional. The individuals I'm referring to clearly have a chips on their shoulders and have been empowered by their employer. As rude and unprofessional as they are, this person, Odalya L. Is by far the most pathetic employee we have dealt with. Probably the last six times we have went to that location, the cash rarely say hello, and they are outwardly frustrated if you don't have your membership card held up while they are still checking-out the person ahead of you... and never a thank you, not once. It you have to go to Costco, to say yourself some frustration, go to the north location. If you must go to the Memorial store, use the self checkout.

I can also order and pay for the food from the Sam's Cafe and it'll be ready by the time I'm done shopping. Today they had door buster deals which are usually marked down as low as 60% off the original price. I bought the JBL Bluetooth portable speaker for $69 marked down from $149. Not to mention all the free food samples throughout the store that they usually have have out starting on Fridays and going through the weekends. And if you head over to the bakery, you can also get free Tortilla samples if you ask. The prices are just as good as Costco's, but their app and check-out system is way better than Costco. My only complaint is that the customer service here is hit-or-miss. You can tell that some people are just having a bad day. No worries. Overall this club location gets 5 stars.
